Just so you know, American maple syrup is a sad decayed husk of it's Canadian equivalent. Actual maple syrup is significantly sweeter and different from aunt jemimah, or other similar table syrups. Maple tastes a lot better then fake maple flavoring used in syrup. Also, Canadian food is practically the same as American food, we just use less oil to cook it. If you wanna compliment us bring up universal healthcare, we're proud of that.
