bengalbabe, thank you for your classy response. As a Titans fan, all through this coaching search I instinctively wanted the two-tone blue to hire Coach Callahan. I wanted the Titans to go after an offensive-minded coach, and BC's resume speaks for itself. When I saw that BC was granted a 2nd interview w/Tennessee I got excited cause I sensed things were cooking. I also like that at his introductory press conference he allowed himself to show a little vulnerability and emotion when he mentioned the people that have helped him along his path.

@@jasrob009saying that he helped develop stafford when he was already 7 years into his career. And burrow was a 1st overall pick, hopefully you’re not going to have to do too much development and teaching with a 1st overall qb.

So confused on how to feel. I’ve been a tortured Oiler/Titan fan and have absorbed everything i.e. Blown lead L to Bills in early 90’s, loss to Rams in SuperBowl, heartbreaking loss as 1 seed to Ravens during CJ2K years etc. I feel like this team is starting from scratch. Need Levis to be a savior here to at least compete next year.

I really am rooting for Coach, if anything goes wrong Ran is gonna string him out. Coach doesn't have final say on roster, coaches or personnel hiring, but Carthon will use him as a scapegoat if things go sideways.
