Timberline Trail at Brian Head Bike Park.
My first time to Brian Head in a very LONG time and the first time for Mountain Biking. This trail is considered advanced and I LOVED it. This edit was put together rather quickly. It's a Full-Pull, Start to Finish. Really wish I would've got to ride this one more. The park closing due to wind on Sunday really killed a couple of my goals but we ended up doing a RAD ride on Bunker Creek instead and we were not disappointed, stay tuned for that and so much more!! 🤘🏼🙌🏼

Jay Perey it’s mounted on my stuntman Chest Harness. I have the camera inverted (upside down). The settings are 2700, 60f/s with superview on. Camera is a GoPro Hero 8. It haha the 2.0 stabilization. I think that is most of my setup.

They have an assortment of trails and terrain. I did one specific trail and made it most the way down and then just lost it (the build up of the trail, all the loose techy bits just kept adding up, I was doing good, but towards the end it was too much haha). not sure if I'll be posting that one or not.

Hey 👋 are there many jump lines at the park?
@RCRGIRL
@RCRGIRL 4 жыл бұрын
Not really to be honest, at least nothing like what I'm used to at say Snow Summit or Northstar. Glitter (Lil) would be there jump line trail I think. If I'm not mistaken, other trails have jumps or drops on them but not like an actual jump line...

Bike Park + MTB = Hard to go wrong 🙌🏼 Have to say though, I think the shuttled ride we did on Sunday was my favorite of the weekend.

Hey! Are you able to ride again? Watched your implant Illness video and have the same issues. Love riding and can’t now. Any updates? Did you explant and now you’re better?

Hey Melissa, I am able to ride again and I've done a few workouts as well (Crossfit Style) and have been good. My explant was 6 months ago and I think I was riding at about the 6 week mark, I took it easy-ish in the beginning but have been doing a lot of downhill/enduro type rides with no issues. I did push-ups for the first time a couple weeks ago and I was so pleasantly surprised I could do them (on my knees) and keep moving. In the past, with my implants, I'd have to go full depth (to the ground) and then push up...now I can go down and right back up. I'm assuming my pecs are getting better. As for my symptoms, I would say roughly 70-80% better across the board. My fingers and hands don't go numb/white like they used to which is really nice. That was actually INSTANT. Leading up to surgery, they would do that at least a few times a day and then I woke up from the explant and it didn't happen...CRAZY. My fatigue seems to be quite a bit better though I still feel like my recovery is sometimes lagging, like after a decent workout. My hair continues to thin though I'm hoping it's on the upswing, I just CHOPPED off a ton (about 14 inches) to try and give it a fresh start, we'll see. Also using a special Shampoo and Conditioner. My chest no longer hurts like it did and the feeling of weightlessness is so refreshing. Being athletic is so much easier now and lets not even talk about sleeping, GIRL...it's a game changer. LOL I feel like my brain fog has gotten better too which is nice but still has a ways to go. The way I look at it is....I had the implants in for about 7 years so I'd guess it's going to take at least a couple years for my body to completely reverse what it can. Let me know if you have any other questions or just want to bounce thoughts off someone who has been through it. I'm here for you! 🥰

Donna Ellsworth thank you for all of that! That gives me hope. Please do an update video when you have time. I’m sure there are lots of ladies out there following your journey who would get so much from your story. Can you tell me who your doctor was and if they did a total capsulectomy ? I’m so afraid that some surgeons will leave some capsule behind. All the BII surgeons are so booked up and don’t want to wait that long to get them out.
