Levan said one year he could probably reach top 10 only because These reasons. He has one of the best strength gyms in the world. He doesn’t have to work a full-time job. As a rookie, he has all the attributes to already be the best in the world today. Strongest back and strongest arm in the sport now as a rookie. So if he trains full-time. He could probably get into the top 10 after one year. This is what the champion said guys. So I believe him over anyone else. I didn’t say he could challenge the champion in one year but he could probably compete against Whoever is ranked 10th or 9th. Brian wants to be the best in the world. He said that. He’s not doing this for fun. So he’s probably training his ass off every day.

Anyone at home who wants to duplicate this if u have a broom stick some rope and a gallon jug or paint can all u have to do is tie rope in double wrapped knot around stick than tie other end of rope to gallon jug handle or paint can or small weight plate and twist with hands and wrist up and down it wont take long for u to get a ridiculous forearm pump 😉 good luck 👍
