SHOW INTRODUCTION:
If you’ve ever wanted more success, happiness, and fulfillment in your life, then do we have the Master Your Time, Master Your Life show for you!
Today I’ll be talking with one of my first guiding lights and mentors in my life, though he has no idea that’s the case, Brian Tracy, motivational speaker and the best-selling author of over 70 books, including a new favorite of mine, Master Your Time, Master Your Life: The Breakthrough System to Get More Results, Faster, in Every Area of Your Life.
And that’s just what I want to talk with him about today, about a breakthrough system to get more results-faster, in every area of your life.
That plus we’ll talk about Hawaii and Palm Springs, Goodwill and Vincent De Paul’s, the Phoenix seminar and the inner game of success, the power of detentions, the importance of clarity, why you want to take a two night Shabbat, what in the world is psychoneuromotor activity, the super-conscious mind, and why if you don’t straighten up, you’ll end up like Tracy!
MORE ON BRIAN TRACY:
Brian Tracy is Chairman and CEO of Brian Tracy International, a company specializing in the training and development of individuals and organizations.
Brian’s goal is to help you achieve your personal and business goals faster and easier than you ever imagined.
Brian Tracy has consulted for more than 1,000 companies and addressed more than 5,000,000 people in 5,000 talks and seminars throughout the US, Canada and 55 other countries worldwide. As a Keynote speaker and seminar leader, he addresses more than 250,000 people each year.
He has studied, researched, written and spoken for 30 years in the fields of economics, history, business, philosophy and psychology. He is the top selling author of over 45 books that have been translated into dozens of languages.

Listened to this interview one hour ago and gained insight 12 minutes in, exit the tab to do my h/w. Wrote my goals and cleared the process of each goal and started working on it with phone on airplane mode. Pomodoro technique helps. Next thing you know BAM finished my h/w in a hour and I thought my work will take three hours Dx !!! Genius man. Literally just listen to him and implement what he says, he's a living gem. Goal + plan + action = success! (Came back to listen to the whole interview! love this man)

I’ve read “Eat The Frog” so it talks about time management and I was familiar with the concepts. However, each time I hear a concept, I make a new connection. I’ve added the daily ritual of rewriting my goals, from memory, on paper. So far, I used to write my goals once and be done with it. Thank you! I’m going to listen this during my morning walk. Great interview and Mr. Tracy is amazing as always.

@58:50 My dad absolutely must disagree with everything I do, even when he was saying to do it the day before, and to do nothing besides criticise. I have heard two small compliments from him in my entire life, and they sounded pretty ironic. Am I doomed to be insecure and unhappy in my relationships with men? I've tried many things, but it seems insidious. No matter how perfect I make myself, I feel insecure. What advice would you have?

Brian Tracy is always refreshing & energizing. In a world of henny penny chicken littles THE SKY is falling he's always great to listen to. BUT here is something I want Brian to address- I have a sister who is almost 30 - she's very pretty but temperamental and focused on her career- yet she's not happy. Brian talk about The Ted talk by the female psychiatrist in 2013? " 30 is not the new 20"? What you think about that brian?

Sure does make you think ah.😏 loved every bit of this interview. Thanks

Inspire Nation, I just wonder if Brian Tracy ever laid or lies around in his pjs ALL day, possibly for days, and thinks which project do I need to start on first? I'm basically retired so I think having too many options is a problem; And have low energy to tackle major projects. Any older people out there who have issues deciding which path to take, also?

I had written goals for 15 years and accomplished none of them; it actually seemed that writing a goal down was the surest way to kill it. Now I do the Pomodoro technique and lots of releasing on stress and tension (Reich, Sedona, Larry Crane etc.) and I find myself sailing along quite nicely, and achieving ten times more with almost zero effort.
