You're living under a Shiite regime, not an Islamic one. Shias literally go against teachings of the Prophet ﷺ and the Holy Qur'an, such as that you should not associate anyone with God, and that you shouldn't prostrate to idols; both are things that many Shias do. Also, it's very telling that you refer to the Muslims who disagree as "fanatics." Clownery. One last point, as someone living under a Shiite government, how are you an authority to say that this Christian is correct? Just because you live under a Shiite regime? Actual clownery.

To this day I have not found a religion to have such tremendous explanatory power over reality, and such consistency as christianity. Likewise, I found catholicism to be its highest and purest expression. Other religions taught me wisdom. I think C.S. Lewis put it best when he said (where, I can't remember) that, if human beings were to invent a religion, Christianity would be the last religion that they'd invent: "A God who humbles Himself to share in our humanity and die a horrible dead on a cross to redeem us? A God who wants souls to partake of His divine nature and not slaves to grovel and serve before Him? Impossible!" By contrast (though Lewis himself didn't make this inference) Islam is precisely the type of religion one would expect fallen and fallible human beings to create - which, ironically, is probably one of the primary attractions of Islam. The attraction of Christianity, however, can only be of supernatural origin, since Christianity subverts all worldly wisdom and expectations.

Christian : Only one God. Muslim : Then how many seats? Christian : God can appear to us however he desires but let’s say one. Muslim : Where's Jesus? Christian: Seated at the Father’s right hand, though this doesn’t necessarily mean they are physically separated. It means Jesus has been restored to his former glory with the Father. Muslim : How are they seated on one chair? Christian : The Father doesn’t have a body, he doesn’t have to be physically present on a chair. He can appear to us in whatever form he desires, if he chooses to appear in some physical form above or in or to the left of Jesus, then fine. Nothing is impossible for God. Now it’s the Christians turn. Dialogue part 2: Christian: You believe that there is only one person in God? Muslim: Allah is one, yes. We call this doctrine Tawhid. Christian: And Allah is eternal, correct? He wasn’t created? Muslim: That is correct. Christian: I understand that there are 99 names in the Quran reflecting Allah’s eternal nature? Muslim: Yes Christian: And one of these names is ٱلْوَدُودُ [al-Wadoud] that is ‘the ever-loving/affectionate’? Muslim: That is true. Christian: So Allah is eternally loving, he loved from all eternity before the world began? Muslim: Yes Christian: Whom did he love eternally? I’m not debating 25 different arguments of inconsistency at once because that’s ridiculous, but I can assure you that about half of your supposed inconsistencies I could refute immediately and the other half no doubt would fall apart upon closer investigation. Maybe look for a Christian book on the topic. The Lord bless you.

Scott Hahn's talk, "Abba or Allah", is a great exploration between the Christian and Muslim conceptions of God, and paints a wonderful picture of which is the more compelling and true interpretation of God. God isn't just a master who created us because He needs servants, God is a loving father who created us simply because He wants us to be able to share in the joys of existing. Like you say near the end, the revelation of Mohammad is basically primitive in comparison to that of Jesus, and nothing new is revealed about God that wouldn't have been understood after reading the books of Genesis and Exodus; Scott Hahn's argument in the talk is that this extends from the relationships between Isaac, Ishmael, and Abraham - while Isaac's line continued to grow in relationship with God, Ishmael's line essentially had a stunted growth, where the most they could conceptualize of God was a being whom they would need to obey or else be cast out. I feel I'm not quite doing the talk justice here, but I'd still recommend checking it out if you can.

Scott Hahn needs to study VII and the Catechism. Posting again from my comment above: Sigh...I think you mean well, but unfortunately if you remain in the Vatican II false church you do believe in Islam. You believe Allah Is God the Father! You are a MEMBER of CHRISLAM! Catechism of the false "Catholic Church" #841 quoting Lumen Gentium from VII: 841 The Church's relationship with the Muslims. "The plan of salvation also includes those who acknowledge the Creator, in the first place amongst whom are the Muslims; these profess to hold the faith of Abraham, and together with us they adore the one, merciful God, mankind's judge on the last day." They adore the same God?? So is Allah Jesus' Father??? Did He pray "Abba, Allah"?? Should we pray the "Our, Allah"? LOOK at that quote above again. Will Allah judge us on the last day?? "Oh but VII was only a pastoral council and we can pick and choose what we follow". Nope. Paul VI said you gotta obey VII: "it still provided its teaching with the authority of the supreme ordinary magisterium. This ordinary magisterium, which is so obviously official, has to be accepted with docility, and sincerity by all the faithful" If you disobey you are in schism. If you pick and choose you are protestant. See more here: novusordowatch.org/2020/07/how-taylor-marshall-distorts-paul6-on-vatican2/

Indeed, it's rather fascinating that so many would prefer servitude over family. Islam teaches a master servant relationship. With pleasure as a reward for obedience, and torture as a punishment for dissobidience. While Christ teaches a father child relationship. With the reward being the relationship itself, and a liberation from earthly things, and flaws. With eternal separation as a natural consequence of rejecting that relationship.

Some interesting things about Mo are that he claimed that if he gave a false prophecy, then God would cut his aorta, this is in the Q-ran. Later, as he actually died, he said according to multiple Hadiths, that his aorta was cut. Divine Justice. His aorta was cut, according to him, from poi-o- he ate from a pois- lamb. Unlike with the prophet Elisha, one of the most noteworthy Biblical prophets, where they ate poisoned stew and nothing happened. Mo had a slo-, pa-nf-l dea-h. Another fact is that two of the types of people he hurt the worst were: A. J-ws B. Women Especially during his life but also he has caused persecution of them for a long time. Anyways, he was fed the pois- by a J-wish wom-n.
@kyrptonite1825
@kyrptonite1825 Жыл бұрын
He also showed signs of posse-on like during his first supposed “revelation”, he was in a dark cave (huh), where he supposedly first met this entity that Muslims claim was Gabriel, the entity didn’t tell him who he was until much later, but told Mo to write, but Mo said he couldn’t, and this entity then proceeded to squeeze him or ch-ke him or something causing him extreme pain, multiple times, before he finally “recited”. Arabs thought that poets were posse-ed by the devil, and so Mo thought he was posse- initially, before those around him persuaded him otherwise. Mo had convulsions, heard things like bells, etc. He at one point became sui- when they stopped and tried to jum--. Anyways, we also know prophets in the Bible weren’t effected by curses, and that curses aren’t as effective against more holy people. Anyways, Mo was cursed by a witch at one point. And then there’s the you know what verses controversy that Musli-s deny existed. This relative of Mo even told him men became po- by the devil and that they go mad. We know the devil comes as an angel of light, and the Quran mentions allah as the best of deceivers, which sounds like a title for the devil. This was so bad that Islamic translated translate this to plot and plan and plotters. We also know the Bible warns us of antichrists and false prophets. Another interesting thing is that Muslims can say that they believe in Jesus, but for some “odd” reason, the core Beliefs of Christianity aren’t there, like Jesus being God, the Crucifixion and Resurrection, and the Trinity.

My relatives in Syria were threatened by ISIS during their persecution of Christians and other marginalized Muslims. However, they were fortunate to receive aid from Muslims, some of whom later converted to Christianity. I am sharing this experience because I have noticed that some individuals unfairly vilify all Muslims, despite the fact that extremist groups in the Middle East have often been supported by Western countries that claim to be Christian. In my opinion, Muslims may be more receptive to embracing Christ than followers of certain other religions like the ones that stole the faith of our Lord and took land to them ;)

Unfortunately, we live in a harsh world where individuals have the freedom to choose to do evil and to embody evil, however, we also live in a world where we can choose to fight against evil. Sahih 33:53 O you who have believed, do not enter the houses of the Prophet except when you are permitted for a meal, without awaiting its readiness. But when you are invited, then enter; and when you have eaten, disperse without seeking to remain for conversation. Indeed, that [behavior] was troubling the Prophet, and he is shy of [dismissing] you. But Allāh is not shy of the truth. And when you ask [his wives] for something, ask them from behind a partition. That is purer for your hearts and their hearts. And it is not [conceivable or lawful] for you to harm the Messenger of Allāh or to marry his wives after him, ever. Indeed, that would be in the sight of Allāh an enormity. Sahih-Bukhari Volume 6, Book 60, Number 315 Narrated Anas bin Malik: I of all the people know best this verse of Al-Hijab. When Allah's Apostle married Zainab bint Jahsh she was with him in the house and** he prepared a meal and invited the people (to it). They sat down (after finishing their meal) and started chatting. So the Prophet went out and then returned several times while they were still sitting and talking. So Allah revealed the Verse**: 'O you who believe! Enter not the Prophet's houses until leave is given to you for a meal, (and then) not (so early as) to wait for its preparation .....ask them from behind a screen.' (33.53) So the screen was set up and the people went away. There’s a lot more strangely beneficial verses to him in there. Like allowing more than four wives, saving Aisha from st-n-ng, and allowing m-n to m-rry their ad-pted s-n’s ex w-ves, and then getting rid of ad-ption, after he did it

The Prince of Theologians, St. Thomas Aquinas: "He (Mohammed) seduced the people by promises of carnal pleasure to which the concupiscence of the flesh urges us. His teaching also contained precepts that were in conformity with his promises, and he gave free rein to carnal pleasure. In all this, as is not unexpected; he was obeyed by carnal men. As for proofs of the truth of his doctrine, he brought forward only such as could be grasped by the natural ability of anyone with a very modest wisdom. Indeed, the truths that he taught he mingled with many fables and with doctrines of the greatest falsity. He did not bring forth any signs produced in a supernatural way, which alone fittingly gives witness to divine inspiration; for a visible action that can be only divine reveals an invisibly inspired teacher of truth. On the Contrary, Mohammed said that he was sent in the power of his arms - which are signs not lacking even to robbers and tyrants. What is more, no wise men, men trained in things divine and human, believed in him from the beginning. Those who believed in him were brutal men and desert wanderers, utterly ignorant of all divine teaching, through whose numbers Mohammed forced others to become his follower's by the violence of his arms. Nor do divine pronouncements on part of preceding prophets offer him any witness. On the contrary, he perverts almost all the testimony of the Old and the New Testaments by making them into a fabrication of his own, as can be seen by anyone who examines his law. It was, therefore, a shrewd decision on his part to forbid his followers to read the Old and New Testaments, lest these books convict him of falsity. It is thus clear that those who place faith in his words believe foolishly." Summa Contra Gentiles, Book 1, Chapter 16, Art. 4. Footnote: 1. Sura 21:5, Sura 44:14; Sura 16:103, Sura 37:36

Unlike the prophet Elisha, when Muham-ad ate poiso- food, he di-d. It’s kind of ironic, especially when you find out that the Quran says that if he spoke a false prophecy, God would cut his Aorta, and on his dea- bed, he talked about his aorta being cut, by the poisoned sheep, which caused him a long pa-ful end. Another interesting fact is that Isla- pretends to have Jesus in it, but it just so happens to deny the Core Tenets of Christianity, Jesus being Lord and God, the Crucifixion and Resurrection to save us from sin, and the Trinity. Also, he die- from the two types of peo-le he probably has caused the most trouble for and did so in his time, namely Je-s and women. He was cursed, despite God in the Bible protecting prophets from that stuff. He was also showed signs of posse-on, such as going into convulsions, hearing things, thinking he was posses-, etc. One just has to read an account of the “cave” in where he received his first “revelation”, to see how sinister it looks. We all know that the even the evil one comes as an angel of light, and that Jesus warned of false prophets. The existence of Isla- actually strengthens my Faith in Christianity.

7:19 _"all except one"_ St John - often taken to be one of the twelve, brother of St James, son of Zebedee, though Father Jean Colson had a different idea - was actually boiled in oil and miraculously survived. So, he was at least threatened. Jean Colson says the son of Zebedee was boiled in water and died. Attested in an old Gallican martyrology. Whether the Gospeller is identic to one of the twelve or Jean Colson is right, _all_ of the twelve were at least threatened, except for Judas who was replaced (and also didn't witness the resurrection).

Well said. I find the most discouraging about that religion is the inclination towards dishonesty and deceit, when deceit can assist the spread of the religion. I have heard of them even deceiving Christians into reciting the second sura three times, which constitutes (for some) a conversion to Islam. Christianity by contrast is not meant to be forced upon people, and conversion by deceit is for us no conversion at all.

The second surah (Surah Baqarah) is 286 verses long and takes multiple hours to recite. The proclamation of faith in Islam is the ‘shahada’ and it can only be done with a sincere intention. Saying it while not knowing what it means doesn’t make you a Muslim. 😂

Confident but not honest. So many claims completely out of context. No need to lie in order to further your beliefs. That's the very reason people are leaving Christianity in droves. Their leaders tell them not to ask questions and just to accept whatever these preachers tell them. Hence becoming a preacher means that you earn loads of money. Scary to see how these people lose millions of dollars to these deceivers.

To all our christian brothers and sister we hope that if you choose to engage with the tradition and speak on the Prophet ﷺ, that you do so with good faith.There are way too many hadith and narrations about the Prophet ﷺ living and choosing poverty for himself, but I will leave a few here: Abu Huraira reported: The Angel Gabriel was with the Prophet ﷺ, peace and blessings be upon him, and he looked towards the sky as an angel descended. Gabriel said, “Verily, this angel has not come down since the day he was created.” The angel said, “O Muhammadﷺ, your Lord has sent me to you with the offer that I make you a prophet-king or a servant-messenger.” Gabriel said, “Be humble before your Lord, O Muhammad ﷺ.” The Prophet said ﷺ, “Rather, I will be a servant-messenger.” Amr ibn Awf reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ﷺ said, “By Allah, it is not poverty I fear for you, rather I fear you will be given the wealth of the world, just as it was given to those before you. You will compete for it just as they competed for it and it will ruin you just as it ruined them.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 2988, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2961 Source: Musnad Aḥmad 7120 Umar ibn al-Khattab reported: I entered the room of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was lying on his side over a mat. I sat down as he drew up his lower garment and he was not wearing anything else. The mat had left marks on his side. I looked at the Prophet’s ﷺ cupboard and I saw a handful of barely in a small amount, the same of mimosa leaves in the corner, and a leather bag hanging to the side. My eyes started to tear up, and the Prophet ﷺ said, “What makes you weep, son of Khattab?” I said, “O Prophet of Allah ﷺ, why should I not cry that this mat has left marks on your side and I see little in this cupboard? Caesar and Khosrau (Kings of Persia and Rome) live among fruits and springs, while you are the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and His chosen one, yet this is your cupboard.” The Prophet said, “O son of Khattab, are you not pleased that they are for us in the Hereafter and for them in the world?” I said, “Of course.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1479 Ibn Abbas, the Prophet’s cousin, says: “God’s Messenger ﷺ used to go through several nights without having any dinner, and members of his household may not find anything to eat for dinner. The bread they had most frequently was barley bread.” This is confirmed by a Hadith reported by Aishah, the Prophet’s ﷺ wife who says: “We might go through a whole month without a fire being lit for cooking. We subsisted on water and dates only. However, may God richly reward those women from the Ansar who might have sent us some milk as a gift.” (Related by Al-Bukhari, Ahmad, Al-Shafi’ie and Ibn Majah.) Nu’man ibn Basheer, a companion of the Prophet,ﷺ as he said to people: “Are you not having all that you wish of food and drink? I saw your Prophet ﷺ (peace be upon him) when he could not find his stomach’s fill of even low quality dates.” (Related by Muslim, Ahmad and Al-Tirmidhi.) Aisha reported: We in the household of Muhammad ﷺ, peace and blessings be upon him, used to live for a whole month without cooking anything over a fire. We would have nothing to eat but dates and water. Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2792 Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Muslim Abu Umamah who quotes the Prophet ﷺ as saying: “God has offered me to give me the wide plain of Makkah in gold, but I said: ‘No. I would rather have enough to eat one day and remain hungry one day. Thus, when I am hungry I would turn to You in earnest supplication and remember You; and when I have my fill, I praise You and give thanks.” (Related by Al-Bukhari and Ahmad.) The idea that the Prophet ﷺ killed the prisoners of war is equally as proposterous, Here are verses in the Quran and Hadith illustrating the treatment of pow's and captives of war: "It is not for a prophet to have captives until he battles strenuously in the land. Some desire the commodities of this world, but Allah desires for you the Hereafter, for Allah is Almighty and Wise. " (8:67) "They give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the prisoner, saying: We feed you only for the countenance of Allah. We do not desire from you reward or gratitude. Surat Al-Insan 76:8-9" Here is a hadith of the Prophet ﷺ: I was among the prisoners of war on the day of Badr. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “I enjoin you to treat the captives well.” After I accepted Islam, I was among the Ansar and when the time of lunch or dinner arrived, I would feed the prisoners dates as I had been fed bread due to the command of the Prophet ﷺ. Source: Mu’jam Al-Kabeer 18444, Grade: Hasan Abu Musa Al-Ashari reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: أَطْعِمُوا الْجَائِعَ وَعُودُوا الْمَرِيضَ وَفُكُّوا الْعَانِيَ Feed the hungry, visit the sick, and set the captives free. Source: Sahih Bukhari 5058, Grade: Sahih Even Thomas Jefferson remarked that Muslims historically never harmed POWs ever since the Prophet ﷺ rebuked Khalid bin Walid RA for killing prisoners.

You have no continuity and are thus blind. If the angels knew to exclaim “Holy, Holy, Holy” three times (Isaiah 6:3 and Revelation 4:8-11), what makes you think the demons would not have made a mockery of that with their false pagan religions? And not only do they mock it, they lead the souls of men like you into error by denying it.

@@collectiveconsciousness5314 That is a misunderstanding many people have in thinking all practices pagans do are rooted in their paganism and this is false. The practices that the Muslims "adopted" were practices those people already HAD and were remnants left from a monotheistic root, not a paganistic root as their forefathers were monotheists (Abraham being the grandfather of the Arabs). As far as the pagans worship of idols and other disallowable things, that is what Islam came to get rid of and rooted out at the Conquest of Makkah. Anything that was not good the pagans did, against monotheism was not allowed but anything that was not religious but rather cultural, was allowed. This is the same now within any culture that accepts Islam. If it does not go against the monotheism and the legislation in Islam, it is allowed. If it does, it is disallowed.

First of all, I am a Muslim. I wouldn't call you a racist, but rather more like an ignorant. Muhammad (peace be upon him) was not like Jesus in so many ways, that is true. I would say, however, he was more like many other Old Testament prophets, like Moses, Jashua, Elijah and Elisha! He waged war (not as brutal as Moses). He had many wives, like in the Old Testament prophets and holy men. David had 900 wives, if you can believe it, not to mention extramarital affairs! Waging war, as God commands, does not make one a false or even less of a prophet. If it did, Moses and others I mentioned before would have utterly failed. According to you, Moses ordered men to go and kill and kill, but he himself didn't participate! Wouldn't that make him a "yellow?" Ordering to destroy a whole nation is fine, but fighting the war himself is bad? You are absolutely wrong about Moses not participating in the wars. While he ordered his generals and soldiers to attack, Moses was holding the miraculous staff and praying to God to destroy the enemy. It says, if he lowered the staff, the enemy prevailed, but as long as he held it up, the Israelites prevailed. He alone, with his staff (by God's permission) destroyed the Pharoh and his army perusing the Israelites! He ordered to kill all the Midianite men of war, slay all five Midianite rulers, take all the women and children captive, retrieve all the booty, and burn all their cities to the ground. By today's standard, he would be charged with genocide! You mentioned wealth. It is true that Prophet Muhammed, as a head of state, acquired wealth through many of his conquests. However, neither in the way he lived, nor his own personal state reflected such wealth. He lived simply and frugally. The wealth, he gave it all away to his community and the needy! You mentioned Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and the hadith which says she was six years old when he married her and 9 years, I believe, when he consummated the marriage. Other Hadiths also say she was about 12 or 14 when she was married off to Muhammad (phub) and 19 when the marriage was consummated! Let me remind you this: Mary (pbuh), mother of Jesus, was either 12 or 14 when God miraculously impregnated her (spirit of God overshadowed her)! Do you know what a Hadith is, I ask you, Brian? A hadith literally means in Arabic: A "told," or a "said." In this case, it is a story or stories, which usually would have many chains (passes through many people (sometimes 20 or more), which ends up the last one saying I heard or saw the prophet say or do this or that! There are millions of such stories attributed to the prophet saying or doing this or that. It is folklore, a legend, if you will! Where you have gone wrong (I believe this is due to ignorance, a simple cut and paste without any Indepth research) is to pass judgements on the basis of erroneous information. To you, as you admitted as much, the story of Jesus is powerful. He is poor (destitute), and he concerned himself with spiritual matters only. He was peaceful! Yes, that is true, but what you so-called followers of Jesus Christ fail to comprehend is what Jesus himself understood, that it is serving the will of God (Allah), as Jesus uttered in the Lord's prayer ".... Father, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven!" Jesus was to serve in such humility. He could not take up arms against the superpower of the world at the time, the Roman Empire! Muhammad, Moses and David, among others, had different missions! As you are doing yourself, Jesus's humbleness and miracle-working, which was by God's will has made you to see him as the object of worship, when Jesus himself never for a second lost his focus on God (the father, as he called him). By the way, according to your bible, wait until Jesus comes back when he will do such a slaughter, which will result of rivers of flowing blood! So much for turn the other cheek! I believe you said, Muhammed (pbuh) killed prisoners of war who surrendered! That is absolutely false! Such is forbidden! Trinity vs. Monotheism: It is simply an intellectual failure to say God is one and 3 at the same time. In fact, Trinity is not even New Testament biblical--forget about the Old Testament! Christian scholars have long deemed the clearest verse In the Gospel of John:1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one" an interpolation, which is not found in the oldest available manuscripts of John, which were written in Greek, as New Testament is based on ( ironic, isn't it, a Jewish man's gospel, who spoke Aramaic, is based on a European language}. It was thrown out from the bible--only to be put back! Did you know that it took a debate, from God being one, two to three to decide on the Trinity? The Christians who insisted God is one were put to death! What did Jesus say? Mark 12:28: Now one of the scribes had come up and heard their debate. Noticing how well Jesus had answered them, he asked Him, “Which commandment is the most important of all?” 29 Jesus replied, “This is the most important: ‘Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One. 30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’… Trinity (among many other contradictions), even your Pope cannot explain it, is one of the reasons Christianity as we know it is a dying religion! Another deadly concept to Christianity as we know it is, "God become a man." Incidentally, the very bible Christians claim to believe in says otherwise in Numbers 23:19: "God is not a man, that He should lie, or a son of man, that He should change His mind." Did God lie when he said He is one to then 3? Did he change his mind from saying He is not a man to becoming a man? We are born sinners: yet another contradiction! The very bible says in Ezekiel 18:20: “The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.” In other words, sin is not transferable! The Catholic Church, your church, will never recover from the self-inflicted, unbiblical interpolation of requiring priests to be celibate (something Jesus never asked his immediate disciples to be)! Clearly, the result is, the Catholic Church suffers unrecoverably from the consequences of not only denying married priests to serve but also the unintended result of attracting guilty-ridden Catholic homosexuals to join and cloak their proclivities in the respectability of priesthood cloth. The result has been the shameful rampant pedophilia which even reaches to cardinals' rank!

Your defense of your religion by presenting what you interpret the corrections to be is intellectually honest, in that it states the errors you see and counters them with evidence. I'm offended by your blasphemy against Mary the mother of Jesus, Who is God. If that's how you talk about other people's mothers, even if you believe Jesus is only human, then how do you expect others to talk about your own mother? What version of the Christian Bible are you using when you quote Jesus giving The Great Commandment? All the Christian Bible translations I've read say, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and you shall love your neighbor as yourself." The quote you give doesn't match that. You have claimed that the Christian Bible was altered more than once, but you'll have to provide sources to prove that, and I mean ancient sources, such as documents from ecclesiastical councils, or letters between bishops. If the only sources you can provide are from Muslim scholars, then that's just one side accusing the other with hearsay. Of course, claiming that the Holy Scriptures were altered is an easy way out of debate. Incidentally, I was confused at your citation of "the Gospel of John 1," because there is only one Gospel of John. There are, however, New Testament Books called 1 John and 2 John, but they're not technically Gospels. There are four Canonical Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. And then there are the additional Books that give further details, mainly to clarify the Gospels for the Gentiles, who didn't have the background of Jewish instruction. In conclusion, I studied Islam as much as I could, given my duties in life, and what I see in it is most similar to the teachings of the Gnostic Christians, who lived among the Bedouin people of the region where Muhammad was from. Even the Scriptures that are cited appear in the Gnostic writings. There are still Gnostics today, in obscure places, but you'll have to separate your arguments against Christianity to the ones that oppose Gnostic Christianity and the rest of Christianity. And do please remember that Catholics aren't the only Christians. The Orthodox and Eastern Catholic Christians permit their priests to be married. There are also Oriental Orthodox Christians, as well as the Protestant Christians who broke away from the Latin Catholic Church. The homosexuality and pedophilia crept into the Latin Catholic Church by way of the deception of Satan, through the heresy of Modernism.

@@kimfleury Thank you for your reply and for your sincere effort to dialogue! I profusely apologize for any hurt I caused to anyone by my poor choice of word! I shouldn't have chosen the crude "knocked up" phrase! But the fact remains Marry (May Allah be pleased with her) was pubescent when God, in his miraculous ways, impregnated her with Jesus the Massiah (as we Muslims also believe). 1 John is I believe the letters of John--not the Gospel of John! But that verse, which is the clearest verse in defense of the Trinity is thrown out as an interpolation by Christian scholars! The ascension is also thrown out as interpolation. You say Jesus is God! Can you show me anywhere in the red letters (attributed to Jesus directly) of the New Testament where Jesus said unequivocally " I am God or worship me)?" If you can, I will accept Christianity as you believe. On the contrary, there are plenty of Jesus's sayings attesting he is not God (like when he said: I of my own can do nothing in JOHN 5:30) (please remember, I am mostly paraphrasing) or when he protested, " why call me good; there is only one who is good and that is the father in heaven Mark 10:18." I am paraphrasing! He is not even good enough to be good! Now that is a humble servant of God! Jesus wasn't like God (the one and only) in power (as he said "all power is given to me" in Matthew 28:18) or knowledge (when he said even the son doesn't know the last hour in Mark 13:32). He didn't even know the tree he cursed, when he couldn't find fig fruits on it, was out of season! The Devil (Satan), for 40 days and nights, tried to tempt Jesus in the desert--trying to convert him to his ways--offering him trinkets: “All these things I will give You if You fall down and worship me” (in Matthew 4:1-11)! Are you telling me, this dastardly, nasty puny little creature, Satan, was tempting God Almighty, the King of all kings and the owner of everything and everyone of the universe, with handful of trinkets? It doesn't compute! Only in European made-up Christianity, God Almighty is subjected to Satan's whims! Never ever happened! Blasphemy! Jesus was a Jewish man, who believed in " God is one." Not 3, definitely not! What happened is this fact, that the Greco-Roman paganism got hold of Jesus's message and infused their pagan ideas, like the trinity! In the 3 synoptic Gospels (Mark, Mathew and Luke) (synoptic means, I believe, similar), in Mark, which Christian scholars date as the oldest one (the other 2 being copies or editions of Mark), Jesus is a human being, a prophet! By the time you get to the youngest of the 4 gospels, John, Jesus is transfigured to someone else, which he never claimed to be--divine! Salvation: Firstly, Jesus's concept of salvation has no resemblance to the Pauline, concocted doctrine of salvation! Jesus was not even here to save but the house of Israel! Also, all the prophases in the Old Testament, in Isiah for example, are either cherry-picked, omitted or taken out of context! In the Tanakh, It does not say the Massiah is born from a virgin (Betula, the Hebrew word for virgin). The word used in Old Testament is Alma, for young woman, who may or maybe not be a virgin! The suffering servant in Isaiah 53, which is plagiarized and put out of context to suit Christology, is not about Jesus, but about the people of Israel! Just read the introducing verses of Isiah 53 and see for yourselves! Miracles: MIRACLES NOT A TEST! Jesus, as we Muslims believe performed all these miracles by the permission of Allah! So, as in Mathew, glory to God who gives such power to man! Virgin birth, again we Muslims believe in the virgin birth of Jesus, but it is Allah who can bring about such a miracle, a minor one compared to the creation of Adam from nothing! Today, in modern science, even human doctors can impregnate a virgin woman! With Allah, all he has to say is, be and it is! We Muslims come from direct lineage of Abraham, through his first-born Ishmael (which means God hears)! Only Jacob (later Israel) and Ishmael are given 12 tribes each! Just like our cousins, the Jews, we know who the real God is! We are very firm in our faiths, and no amount of primitive Euro-centric ideas (Greco-Roman mixed with Mithraism and Egyptian myths) of Trinity, which no Christian can explain--not even the pope himself--can ever derail us from holding tight, to the last minute, to the rope of God, whom we call Allah! The ultimate miracle, to us Muslims, is the Holy Qur'an! In the Qur'an, only God is speaking. If any Hadith (sayings or tradition attributed to the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), contradicts the Qur'an, the word of God, then it did not and could never have come from the prophet Muhammad! In the Qur'an, it says: "There is no compulsion in religion" Al-Baqarah 256! The Hadiths, which many Christians love to quote, which imply the prophet (pbuh) said I am commanded to fight all until everyone says "there is no God but Allah..." is a contradiction of God's will in that verse! Such is the nature of Hadith, that a lot of Hadith are made up and attributed to the prophet! When he finally conquered Mecca, his hometown, from where he was driven out by his powerful pagan tribe, he neither forced anyone to convert nor kill in revenge! Tell me, why the puny human mind repulses, as unjust, the idea of all-forgiving and loving God would sacrifice his innocent son to redeem criminals-- when he can simply forgive? If such is unthinkable for a human father to do with his innocent child, why God would do such thing? How is that free, by the way, when God exacts such high unjust price for the redemption of sinners! It is said Jusus severely disliked hypocrisy! Was it Jesus like (what this Brian said he adores and admires about Jesus) for pope Urban II, in the Middle Ages, to say if you go and kill the Saracens (Muslims) you will go to heaven! Holy war! That does not mean Muslims don't have their share of hypocrites, who would do things Un-Islamic! As a Muslim, my advice to Christians, like this Brian, is to tend to your emptying and closing houses of worship! Western Christianity is doomed by its adoptive to changes or constituencies. This started when the Roman Empire with its paganism took up this Jewish religion. If there was commandments, about dietary laws, you don't have to follow them. You can have your pork! You can even have your own idea of concept of God, from one to Triune God--clearly from pagan idea! Today, you have openly Gay Bishops in some churches. In some others, priests allow gay marriage and officiate it in churches! In the secular democracy or society, I have nothing against gays! In Arabia and throughout Islamic world, there are gays! These are people and kin to many! I am not to advocate persecuting them! But the region of Islam will not change its tenants to adopt to times! If it did, then it becomes something else; it would no longer be Islam! I believe, this is my own believe, when it comes to God and believe, we Muslims are the last defense!

@@TheRagingSound This is a specific Old Testament incident where God called for the “Ban”, which is God Himself’s Divine Judgement on a Nation. I think we would all say that God is the Author of Life and has Authority over ending life. In the Quran does God not Judge Sodom and Gomorrah? In the same way, God is executing His Judgment here as well, on the Canaanites, who committed abominable practices. God used an army, the Israelite Army, for this Purpose, also moving the Israelites into this new Land, but it was still God’s Judgment. Jews were generally not allowed to take treasure (This is called the Ban, I’m not sure on the specifics), etc. Compare this to Isla-, which commands Jiha- for all time, against any nonbelievers.

@@TheRagingSound Furthermore, can you explain these Hadith? Hadith: FROM THE HADITH OF THE SUNAN OF ABU DAWUD, VOLUME 2, # 2150: Abu Said al-Khudri said: "The apostle of Allah sent a military expedition to Awtas on the occasion of the battle of Hunain. They met their enemy and fought with them. They defeated them and took them captives. Some of the Companions of the apostle of Allah were reluctant to have intercourse with the female captives in the presence of their husbands who were unbelievers. So Allah, the Exalted, sent down the Quranic verse, "And all married women (are forbidden) unto you save those (captives) whom your right hands possess". That is to say, they are lawful for them when they complete their waiting period." [The Quran verse is 4:24]. FROM SAHIH MUSLIM, VOLUME 2, #3432 Abu Said al-Khudri reported that at the Battle of Hunain Allah's messenger sent an army to Autas and encountered the enemy and fought with them. Having overcome them and taken them captives, the Companions of Allah's messenger seemed to refrain from having intercourse with captive women because of their husbands being polytheists. Then Allah, Most High, sent down regarding that: "And women already married, except those whom your right hands possess (Quran - 4:24), (i.e. they were lawful for them when their Idda (menstrual) period came to an end). FROM SAHIH BUKHARI - VOLUME 3, #432: Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri that while he was sitting with Allah's messenger we said, "Oh Allah's messenger, we got female captives as our booty, and we are interested in their prices, what is your opinion about coitus interruptus?" The prophet said, "Do you really do that? It is better for you not to do it. No soul that which Allah has destined to exist, but will surely come into existence." FROM SAHIH BUKHARI - VOLUME 5, #637: Narrated Buraida: The prophet sent Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (part of the war booty) and I hated Ali, and Ali had taken a bath (after a sexual act with a slave girl from the Khumus). I said to Khalid, "Don't you see this (i.e. Ali)? When we reached the prophet I mentioned that to him. He said, "O Buraida! Do you hate Ali?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Do you hate him for he deserves more than that from the Khumus." The note for 637 explains that Buraida hated Ali for taking from the Khumus, and Buraida thought that was not good. FROM SAHIH MUSLIM, VOLUME 2, #3371 Abu Sirma said to Abu Said al Khudri: "O Abu Said, did you hear Allah's messenger mentioning about al-azl (coitus interruptus)?" He said, "Yes", and added: "We went out with Allah's messenger on the expedition to the Mustaliq and took captive some excellent Arab women; and we desired them for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, (but at the same time) we also desired ransom for them. So we decided to have sexual intercourse with them but by observing azl" (withdrawing the male sexual organ before emission of semen to avoid conception). But we said: "We are doing an act whereas Allah's messenger is amongst us; why not ask him?" So we asked Allah's messenger and he said: "It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born". This is supposedly the final revelation for all time so you can’t say anything about Development of morality and essentially Revelation that Teaches more over time like on Christianity.

Our society kills children because they're "inconvenient." Still, you will NEVER see Christians ordered to destroy a society. God tells us: "It is MINE to avenge, it is mine to repay." It is a terrible but well attested to in scholar ship that the ancient Romans and Greeks did practice infanticide, often by leaving the infants out to die by exposure, for a variety of reasons, wanted a boy instead of a girl, or they found some defect, but then Christians coming to help save these infants blogs.kent.ac.uk/lucius-romans/2016/06/15/why-were-new-born-children-left-to-die-in-ancient-rome/ womeninantiquity.wordpress.com/2020/12/01/infanticide-and-rearing-practices-in-ancient-greece/ www.scielo.org.za/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&pid=S1015-87582016000200003

Yes, God does not love all things in Islam nor do Muslims. They are required to love what God loves and hate what God hates and they love good things and hate evil and are not "all loving" and accepting of anything like some other religions.

Not a bot but this guy, what he said in the video about almost everything about islam is disingenuous, no research have been done whatsoever, if he did, he got all of it from the islamophobe live david wood, its so tiring to see this people trying to debunk or prove something, even dedicating there life into it and for what? but hey we are all human and free to choose whatever path that we find is the truth.

He replied: “O my uncle, by Allah, if they put the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left on condition that I abandon this cause, before Allah has made it victorious, or I perish therein, I would not abandon it.” Al-Albaani said in as-Silsilah ad-Da'eefah . The angel said, “O Muhammad, your Lord has sent me to you with the offer that I make you a prophet-king or a servant-messenger.” Gabriel said, “Be humble before your Lord, O Muhammad.” The Prophet said, “Rather, I will be a servant-messenger.”

Once again: a very respectful and clear video! I'd add on God that we know He's unchanging. Their view is on a god who can change his mind. This means their god can be wrong, which to me goes to show we have got a better argument.

@@ibrahimalharbi3358 Can you explain how the Quran is eternal? Does this mean that the Word of God exists apart from God, and is another eternal thing besides God? Saying this is an “attribute” does not explain this. Unless: John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Also, does Allah’s Oneness mean that Allah’s love is contingent upon man and creation?
