Haha I noticed the vertical stab was on the wrong side. Love you guys, the humour you bring to the videos

Yeah, but for us - it's terrible - LOL LOL LOL cry ;) This was our 4th video this week...and I'm still working 60 hours at the day-job...we're happy to have a break ;) Oh, wait...there's more ;| - yep, coming verrrry soon!!!!! Hope you get one of these bad boys!

Thank you. Except I'd probably faint. I found out a long time ago that I don't tolerate the sight of, well, at least my own blood...I know it's a "thing" but I evidently have it.

Do you think you could remove those decals, I’d prefer a straight camo scheme I can add other markings to?

Could the 8S version be flown on 6S ? And/ Or can the 6S be flown on 8S ? I would like to start 6S at first and do *S once I get comfortable flying it fast. Is it possible? Thanks

We did it in this very video ;)

Thanks for another great video, Brian! I couldn’t find the AS3X+ configuration anywhere, especially the nose wheel part. Is there a separate video for that?
@feelgooddany2 ай бұрын
Yes look the avanti 90mm unboxing
@BrianPhillipsRC2 ай бұрын
It's in there. Long video, as usual, so about 2h 15m deep we're setting up the nose wheel stabilizer. The rest of the AS3X setup is the same as it's always been, only the addition of the nose wheel setup for us. We don't really change any of the other stuff YET...still learning more about it all.

2:45 FMS- install the friggin linkages and control horns!! Oh, wait. They aren't watching. I'll put it in a review on their website, Camera Crew 👍
@BrianPhillipsRC2 ай бұрын
EXACTLY! I wonder if we're to blame for that, from when the SU-27 had the linkage rip out??? Either way, still HATE having to do this step...there's room, they out to do it...but there are some times they gotta keep them off, like a rudder or elevator - we totally get those, but the wing - what the f... [hesitation] ..reak are they thinking - LOL ;)

I haven't had the best of luck with FMS Support. Really wish they would glue the mains on the A-10. Fix the nose gear linkage in the Raffael 80mm. The front gear of my A-10 has one of the screws put in with Lock tight. It will take them two weeks to glue the horns. lol

Thanks for pointing that out. If you were here between cuts, your ears would be on fire - LOL LOL LOL ;) P.S. "...what the f [hesitation] reak is going on here..." - not the full monte on that one ;)

Hey Brian, can you explain your D/R and Expo logic better? It looks to me all you are doing is expo with small changes to the dead zone but you are literally in high rates from the get go at 100%? Isn't the point of dual rates to have rates less than 100% to avoid an overcorrecting/over sensitive situation if 100%/high rates are too much throw? Just trying to make sure I understand the logic properly. Thanks

@BrianPhillipsRC I have an Avanti but it's not a 90 mm. Is yours a 90 mm fan? I thought the anniversary one was the only 90 mm and I would say that one would be hard on 6s batteries

But why? She rolls perfectly...and you'd only get DOWNWARD movement on the inboard, flap portion. You could still do it, but I don't think it's necessary, or would be helpful at all. The plane flies amazing, fyi, but to all their own.
