I would have put fiber board up the extension. It resin impregnated so stops moisture. Better than just mastic I think. Fill the joints with a small tuck pointer, makes life easier. . Not criticism but just what I would do

Should had vertical dpc as well as dpc on wall at least meter back to stop cold spots good work I had this problem years ago with same job as u done there pal

Hiya mate, hope your well! I do apologize for that, however I can't control where KZbin decided to pop in ads nor how long they are unfortunately. Hope you understand I do monetize my videos as each one takes roughly 4 to 5 hours to film, edit and then tweak. I know it's a pain, but I'm also trying to up the quality of videos for the future. Having ads run on them allow me to reinvest money back into the Channel. I'm soon buying a 700 quid camera to really boost audio and filming.
