I have been well confused looking at new housing estates and seeing the different packs of blocks about where they use lightweight blocks and where the heavies, or if indeed just how many grades there are now. @@SteveAndAlexBuild Oh, you will....no problem. All you need is a decent site manager and a decent fork lift driver and the rest will fall into place. As I said before, when you have the house designs sussed out I reckon it would pay dividends to get a clued up labourer to join you....I know it goes against the grain when you are used to doing everything as a 2 man squad, but on superstructures a good labourer is worth their weight in gold.....you will put down their wages 3 fold every day with the extra meterage you put down not having to run about up and down scaffolds mixing and loading out. 👍
