The plaintiff and defendant got engaged within two months of dating and planned a wedding for the next month. The plaintiff says she thought her ex was cheating on her. She’s suing the defendant for wedding costs because he called off the nuptials just hours before the ceremony. The defendant says the plaintiff accused him of cheating the night before the wedding because he walked out of a room to take a call, which he thought was a red flag.

Both of them gave red flags. Them both deciding to do the 90 day Fiancé. He was too laxy daisy about the wedding and the fact that she was paying for everything and he would "pay what he could afford" was another sign. Him quitting his job and letting her know after the fact, makes me think he just wanted someone to go 50/50 with. She would've been stuck with a man that duck and dodges being a provider and holding down a job for more than 90 days. He would've had a good thing going until she realized his game and divorced him, if her desperation in the first place didn't continue to consume her. The only thing that stopped this marriage is that he understood that she wasn't the woman that would let her suspicions fester, whether right or wrong.
