Right? There are ppl commenting things like “well don’t you want your bridesmaids to be comfortable?” Um did she ever indicate that wearing a dress would be torture for her? No, she’d PREFER a pant suit. Doesn’t mean a dress has to be a big deal for one day just because she wouldn’t chose it for herself. I wouldn't feel myself at the wedding and I want to be 100% for you, but I can't be when I'm in something so uncomfortable." they could find a compromise like a fancy pantsuit or some sort of removable waist (one of the one-piece outfits with an attachable dress waist), but clearly she was okay with the dress.

@@mar-k7104 Not gonna lie, there are times though when brides should take their bridesmaids' comfort levels into consideration. There was a time I would have backed out of being one just because of severe body image issues. I would not have been able to wear a dress that revealed my arms or legs without the risk of having a panic attack at a loved one's wedding. I have been a bride myself. It isn't hard to listen to your bridesmaids or to let them feel confident and comfortable too. It's worth it to take your time with it so everyone is feeling comfortable and happy on the day.

Plus, it's only for one day, you can make an exception for someone you love. You want the wedding to look beautiful right? Down to the last detail, as my mother always says, the bridesmaids are the decoration, if the decoration is ugly (referring to the dresses), then the wedding won't be beautiful. You always want the decoration to be pretty, all the details matter. It's what makes up the whole wedding.
