Master Bridge Builders had an efficiency of greater than 500.
Platform mass: 1800 g
Additional mass: 1134 g (2.5 lbs)
Bridge Efficiency = Mass of Load / Mass of Bridge

Those that held the platform while adding the weights had a slight advantage. Great video!
