Guys I'm trying to study a system and I need to isolate it so that my host doesent get destroyed at the same time I need to put 2 or 3 vms to talk with each other plus host I suposed, the person who teach me uses virtual box, and there exists 2 NAT options a 'nat' and a 'network nat' I use vmware and I saw it just has one option called NAT and the other one who might seem host only with any of this 2 options am I secured? or in this case its better to keep a NAT option or host only?

I saw your video its excelent I assume NAT is most secured to test system, many vms comunicate itself withouth destroying the host am I right?

I assume hostonly , its more secure tham nat the con is that it doesent connect with internet because of that it can't be updated online if needed just with offline updates... So this is the most changes about NAT X host only

If you want to Isolate them then, host-only is the best option! You can also use NAT if you want to have an access between VMs and host
