What’s happening in this Bridget Jones’s Diary movie clip?
Bridget (Renée Zellweger who also starred in Jerry Maguire and Chicago) is trying to find a new job on television so she doesn’t have to see her boss Daniel (Hugh Grant who also played in Notting Hill, Love Actually and Four Weddings and a Funeral) everyday. She has a couple of interviews but every time she’s lying about her motivation, pretending to be interested in what area the job is in, and every time she fails. At some point, she gets an interview with a man and she is honest with him, she tells him she had an affair with her boss and that’s why she wants a new job, and it works. When she announces to Daniel that she quits her job, he tries very hard to convince her to stay, even doing a speech in front of all the office, but she drags him down in front of everyone and they laugh about it. Bridget is now at her new job, and everything is not going great...

What’s the Bridget Jones’s Diary movie about?
Bridget Jones (Renée Zellweger who also starred in Jerry Maguire and Chicago) is a thirty-year-old woman who is a little lost with her life. She drinks and smokes a lot, and she doesn't take care of herself. She thinks she has feelings for her boss, Daniel Cleaver (Hugh Grant who also starred in Notting Hill, Love Actually and Four Weddings and a Funeral). One day at a party, she meets Mark Darcy (Colin Firth who also played in Kingsman: The Secret Service, The King’s Speech, Love Actually and Mamma Mia), who makes remarks about her (which she wasn’t supposed to hear) that make her realize she needs to change. She begins a diary where she writes everything happening in her life, from her story with Daniel to her struggles with Mark.
