This talk discusses the significance of maintaining a balance between theoretical and practical knowledge for undergraduate students. It emphasizes the importance of theoretical knowledge as a foundation for understanding the overall process, while practical skills are viewed as the next step toward achieving excellence in a particular field. Bobir Odilov is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Advisor at Central Asian University, Business School. After pursuing Bachelor and Masters degrees from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan, he was privileged to have 10 years of extensive corporate experience at Apple. There, he developed strategic plans across multiple business groups, improving process and surpassing standards to drive the business. Last year, he decided to unleash my hidden potential and challenge myself to change career to an academic profession in order to share my knowledge, as well as experience with all students by conducting interactive lectures. Since then, he has been pushing boundaries with creative and interactive lectures in Business Modules.
