Gambir can talk with the players in kind mode and encourage them.gambir have arrogance and Hitler attitude these type will not suit in Indian dressing room.coach should adjust with players.gambir strategy is total failure even though transition going on test team.in my point of view gambir continue with t20 coach.for test and odi matches we need replacement.virat and rohit should retire from all formats.their time is over.

Throw this gambir out of the indian team along with chariman of selectors, he is a political guy. BCCI is totally controlled by Bad politicians. Only cricketers should be running BCCI.
