@@raghugange Don't fall for the hype. They sold a bunch of plots to banks years ago and yet there's only 1 bank I see constructed years later. Post COVID, in the era of UPI and online banking, what is the need for big bank branches nowadays? There ARE some IT offices and factories in the KIADB park, but many of the businesses are warehouses. So don't expect to receive big rents for your apartments. All these promises they make about future growth is all hype. Yes, EVENTUALLY the area will develop. But if you want to live there, consider how remote it is to all amenities! Also consider safety, that stretch is dangerous at night as there's barely any street lighting or security cameras. Soo good luck getting many Swiggy or Zomato drivers to come to your residence. So you'll to wait a decade before these apartments becomes truly liveable.
