I have been using a fuel filter funnel every time gassing up. This has made a great improvement in starting dependability. Very interesting video ! Thank you and all the best.

Great!! Often I show pouring through a paint filter in a funnel! "If ya don't put it in, I don't have to get it out" I tell my customers!

I was going to glue my gasket on my primer backing plate as in your previous video's but if you're going to do an update on it, I think I will hold off.

No no,,,lol,, its nothing much different. If I can make it a little shorter and clearer then I will release it but I wont know until I look at the footage. I may cut and add a few different shots or scrap the idea. Its the same idea but these days I'm trying to make better videos.

Hey Arch what tach meter are you using when checking the rpm here? Great video love the knowledge you bring
@TheNovaJohn Жыл бұрын
Thanx chad,, I'm not sure, I bought it some time ago off of amazon Its a cheap meter and work good. Basically they call it a hour meter and tach. I recommend one that has a battery door for a replacement batter! I had one that didn't and it died quickly, those are potted permanent batteries. This one has a door on the back and uses a conventional watch/computer type battery.

Those Old school Briggs and Stratton engines are great except the gas tank is not easy to get All the gas used up there is one thing is to keep the gas in the tank fresh and store it in a dry spot so it will be easy to start up next season

Yea, and they rust! Not to mention the seam sealer comes off after all these years and can leak!
