The conversation you guys have. It straight up made me cry cause I worked at my ex friends salon and was abused finically, and emotionally. And I had to stop being a hair stylist cause I was so hurt and entered rehab. I'm still recovering and I don't have a mentor. I actually messaged Guy on Facebook and Instagram to ask if he knew any hair besties salons in ny who could maybe mentor me. I look up to guy and I'd wouldn't use him to get my steeping stone. Me getting my life back and actually doing things would help me get my identity back. I am a self taught colorist and his videos really help me learn. I can't wait to see what future colors are gonna come and maybe I can catch a class in NYC and actually come before it's booked up by stylists who aren't newer to the game. I waited 3+ years, I had a color that would be okay to grow out into, got trims every two months, and slowly it became 100% virgin after years of hair abuse lol. I CANNOT wait to get it done. My natural color just is not me, which is so hard to explain to people 🙄 Im happy that I know how to take care of my hair better now, and so ready to start my color journey again

I wish I had the money to come and get my hair done by guy tang like that’s my dream goal. The loyalty and loving everyone no matter what is really just makes me want to cry. You take care of your customers as if they were friend and family members. You treat them with respect and literally you give all the lost confidence customers and many people suffer from it , you take that lost confidence and you bring it back to life solemnly so the end product can blow their confidence all the way back up. It blows my mind that there is someone so selfless and wants nothing more than for you to feel like you are a queen! Like men and women love going to you because you are so good at what you do and because you are such an angel! God bless you Guy Tang. I’m saving up allllll my money and fly to Cali just to get my hair done and to be besties with Guy. Also I want to buy all of his products because like we all know they the shiiii🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️ Edit : I’ve had so many bad hair experiences bleach, color, hair salons. Allllll bad. I haven’t touched my hair since I dyed it 2 years ago. Im letting it grow back, get healthy,and my real hair color is grown back in quite long but there is still some black from the hair dye but with that being said, I will not let anyone ,but Guy Tang, touch my hair!!!
