Brighton councillor is pulled over and fluffs breath test

Brighton Tory councillor Joe Miller was pulled over after being spotted speeding on the A27 by police.
He failed several times to properly blow into the test.
The footage has been shown at his trial at Brighton Magistrates Court in March, which has now been adjourned until June.
It was released for publication to Brighton and Hove News by Sussex Police and the Crown Prosecution Service.

Ii took 9 attempts to blow a sample. He got a 14 month ban and fined £2100.
