🍝 Ingredients (3-4 servings):
300 g (10.5 oz) spaghetti (durum wheat)
Cook al dente
30 g (1 oz) butter
4 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped
2 tbsp flour
Mix well
500 ml (1 pint / 2 1/2 cups) milk, gradually adding
Mix and stir
Salt, pepper, paprika
Herbal mixture
Mix and stir and let the sauce simmer for 7-8 minutes
50 g (1.7 oz) grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Add cheese and mix well
Add noodles and mix
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped

Die Sosse war aber Klumpig. So eine Sosse ruehrt man Grundsaetzlich mit einem Schneebesen. Damit sich eben diese Klumpen nicht Bilden.
