@mohammedanas130 correct.. My girl. Got JEE.. But everyone asks why didnt u send her for neet.. She got good score in neet.. But doesnt like to be a doctor... But parents doesnt knowbthe fact that we wont get a payment seat for JEE. But neet my relatives and all paid 16 lakhs per year even though they got lower marks in neet. But they have a kind of attitude to engineers even if they got admission through JEE based... To get a seat through JEE for general category is a difficult task.. They have to qualify t a seat out of 14 or 15 lakhs... But some people asks. She is brilliant.. Then why did she selected btech instead of neet.... If They are on Georgia, Russia or anywhere people think doctors are far better than JEE based engineers😂... So pathetic...

@mohammedanas130 my girls friend got iit but his relatives asks why did he go to distant places.. He can goto nearby llace eng. Colleges.. He Was top iitian😂😂... Only doctors got status even if they didnt get good opprtunities too .. Just said the fact..

No, people are not giving due importance to IAT/NEST exams. Because being a scientist does not pay

Girls like NEET. Boys like JEE. JEE has only two chances. NEET has unlimited chances. JEE needs brain. NEET doesn't need t brain. These are the reasons why Keralalites prefer NEET. North Indians prefer JEE, Defense over NEET.
