It should also come to a bit of a surprise that I've seen a lot of Chinese mod creators, and players in general who are interested in this game Edit: I've looked at some of the items in the video, while matt was in the death certificate room. Descriptions are in square brackets. This is my just surface-level guess based on the item sprite, my guess is the item is a cross between a brimstone and a caduceus staff, a symbol often, though mistakenly, attributed as a symbol of medicine and healing, hence why it gives the effect when you take a pill. No clue on the homing and range up from the item when in a room though
