To me it looks like the creator of the mod is a newbie at modding, so he programmed all item effects in a roundabout way using existing items in the game. Like he wanted to make an item that makes all doors always open, so he just made it proc Dad's Key every room.

I'm almost 100% certain that taking items that spawn from chests in the death certificate room doesn't take you out of the dc room. Also buttons that spawn enemies spawn them at all entrances of a room, including unopened secret room entrances.

As Above So Below is… something that scarred me in the past I’m like… Not an adult (lol) But I decided my teenage years on some rather unnerving movies As Above So Below is an example The plot itself is scary, sure, demons and paranormal stuff like cave exits disappearing, roads becoming twisted and unrecognisable But the thing that I was scared about was… The title It’s actually a quote from a religion that… sacrifices young children to an evil deity Scary movies may trigger some fear points in me But the fact that an existing religion made up of actual people will sacrifice young children and people just for the sake of “protection” or “appeasing the Gods” Hell nah man… Also discovered how broken mom range up items are when combined with Libra *infinite stats* And adding continuum just… *turns you into a touhou boss*
