I honestly think they are hella smart. With their sound changing they are trying to target different audiences. Suicide Season attracts Metalcore and deathmetal lovers, Thats The Spirit attracts the more mainstream rock lovers/ alt rock, while AMO seems to be targeting rock, EDM, and a little bit of pop.
