@@jozeftrembecki7620 i dont think i can agree on that one- there are a lot of themes in count your blessings Pray For Plagues in particular which carried on throughout all of BMTHs discography. The theme and concept of cleansing the earth in pray for plagues for example i discovered appears in parasite eve but in a sort of parallel view: in Pray For Plagues we're asking for the end and in Parasite Eve we're receiving the end. The themes of rage at betrayal from friends that is most vividly first seen in Black & Blue is seen so many times throughout their other albums: Sleep With One Eye Open, Blacklist, True Fiends, What You Need, literally there is like a song from every single album + EP that dwells on this topic. A lot of the things sang about in Count Your Blessings are quite shallow like whores and just teen angst but they are themes that would go on to become something divine and developed in their later albums, and i think the foundations for things so great are pretty difficult to forget. But this is just my opinion and of course your entitled to your own which is equally as perfectly valid 🖤
@kiaradeleon16713 жыл бұрын
Honestly this is one of my favorites off Post Human and to hear him elaborate more on the song makes me appreciate it more. Their songs will always have a deeper meaning than you think and it will always hit you in ways you didn’t think it would. BMTH is honestly in my opinion, one of the greatest bands today. And I thank them so much for getting me through some tough times. Much love to you guys.💕
