How do you keep such great balance on your rear? I decided to give the challenge a shot and I managed to do it but every second or third time the "up" part of the song hit I was half way swinging my arms around like a tool trying to keep my balance is is it because my ass is flatter than sliced bread?

As of now I can do it till the end of the song the way that the person in the video has (not sure if that's you or not) It's just that when I come "up" Alot of times I end up rocking forward or back and end up having to place my hands on the floor for a sec to return to the position. Wouldn't a flat ass make the position easier? I mean logically it would wouldn't it?

+TKing677 No, a flat ass is a boney ass, which is very inconvenient & even slightly painful for floor core exercises. If you have muscle or fat (or both) on your ass, it makes floor exercises far better.

We did this I’m dance with pulse when you hold before you go up again and I did really well and it actually didn’t hurt and then me did it with turned out squats and my legs hurt ahaha
