Evelyn was born on December 24, 2023, via emergency C-section after 12 hours of being stuck in the birth canal. Because of the difficult delivery, she was born with molding of the head and caput succedaneum (swelling and bruising of the head), conditions that are common after traumatic births.
For the first six weeks of her life, Evelyn appeared healthy. However, in early February 2024, Jackie and Juan noticed Evelyn twitching and vomiting, so they rushed her to Cook Children’s Hospital for evaluation. What started as a search for medical aid quickly turned into a nightmare.

My 8 week baby is laying on my chest right now. He was a stargazer baby which could have caused injury during delivery. I cannot imagine going to get help for him if he needed it and then going home without him, then fighting to get him back for almost a year. These poor parents are missing every milestone with their child that they should have been a part of. I'm crying for them.

ur medical staff is in on helping to traffic children by reporting you. people dont understand that cps gets bonuses for keeping open cases and taking i mean stealing children. especially babies.

I don't understand how the court can refuse to keep a record, its like giving them license to do whatever the heck they want with zero accountability... There is an astonishing amount of mistakes made in the handling of this matter - from the hospital, to CPS, to the court. Not to mention the outright lies from the CPS caseworker.
