Hi olly don’t know wether you will see this comment, but I heard you say you would want a lower teleporter/loader. I would recommend a brand called Avant they have a range of different machines and you would probably want a 7 series due to it having more HP and more lifting capacity, we have one of these on our sheep farm and they are cracking to use in tight places and if you add a 60kg+ weight on the back it really tests it to the limit and it is very comfortable to drive but they definitely are worth the money. Hope this helped you and keep up the great work and vids!

The weather was great I feel the Yorkshire is still one of the most true to tradition bar the commercialisation the royal welsh and the highland is similar to the Yorkshire but many others have lost that home made traditional agricultural/country folk show . Again pleasure to meet you olly hopefully see you again some day! And let the contractors do what they do and you concentrate on doing the rest I think what you're doing is great !

You should have livestock in those boxes and put the bales under a tarp! I would have drilled a 17mm hole, and then wind in a 16mm bolt (on the thread not the head size) through a nut and then weld it to the trailer on both sides to grip the frame. A 10mm bolt won't last long because of the flex in the frame. You need a beefy bolt to clamp the frame in the receiver box section. A good case for old tractors if these more modern tractors are needing this sort of work done already. Cannot see any modern ones lasting 30+ years. This is why I think modern stuff is more wasteful yet we are being forced to buy it to a certain extent.

Not sure why the egr would make the ending run hotter? Unless it's part of a regen cycle to clear the dpf. I thought the whole principle of egr was to reduce incylinder temps to stop nox forming?
@Daniel-mu4ms5 жыл бұрын
That John Deere would pull loads more bales with that. We pull 26 hay bales on a 6830 and she flys up hills. We pulled another 24 with a 7840 ford no problems. Good video btw

Hello! removing EGR will make ur JD more powerfull,but also increase emission.Idk if there r any mandatory emission checkouts for farm equipment in UK,but if there r any it could be a problem
@Noodlzified5 жыл бұрын
Either on tractors or cars, EGR systems suck. They always fail and end up making more bad than good to the engine...

That bolt will snap. Also, John Deer spend millions on research and development to get their engines to run at peak efficiency. How would "Derv doctor" in his shed with a £250 laptop from argos make things better? The best option is to buy the EGR valve and replace it yourself.
