Hi David i already booked the appointment for the visa at the embassy in Accra but right after completing the application they sent a message that we have joined a waiting list of family reunion visa . Is it how it’s done or there’s something else I am missing in getting the appointment.

They have now changed the booking format, so you need to filled your info to wait for 3 months but you will get appointment 6/7 weeks before the appointment date

Most of these doesn't apply to Asylum or refugee holders in Germany. Also German constitution is very complicating I know 2 people who do not go to school in Africa but married to a German Citizen, presently they are living in Germany and they speak very good German than those who took German language courses. Not all countries have GOETHE INSTITUTE
