THANKS!! This was the problem. Bought this from a pallet auction for $2still in the original packaging. When I set it up the only thing I couldn't get working was the room temperature and cold water. Watched your video and then opened my Brio up and had the same issue. Now my $2 find was definitely worth it.

I had the same problem... I could see it being a shipping issue if the machine was tipped upside down but the real problem is the manufacturer designing it this way! Why not secure it instead of a loose connection? Smh.... Engineers that get paid $$$$$ and fail at basics....

wow. wooow. My neutral and cold water was not working (the cold oddly worked for the first 3 cups of trying to do the initial drain. and it's just as you mentioned in this video. Seems like a design problem if it happens this frequently. Glad it's not something more serious, but you saved me trouble, thanks a bunch!!

Just another thing to remember. These have to be sitting fairly level, for the bottom door to close properly. If they're the bottom loading type. In order for the door switch to be pushed in. If not, it won't operate at all.

middle didnt dispense, and the hot n cold were very mushy and getting stuck because it was barely making contact with the rod on the outside of the socket. did this, works amazing now, thanks!

This is under a maintenance contract where we service the building 20 hours a month for a set fee. It's sort of a use it or lose it type deal. I think the rate is set at 175 an hour

I'm not sure how to get hot water! I've a Brio, bottom loader. No rear toggle or reset switches. At top right are 3 lights (Red,blue,bottle w/teardrop) & 1 button. Sits level, cold water stable, door fully closed. I push the button & the #1 (red) light begins flashing. Eventually stays on. Am I doing it right and will I have to this each time?
