Can i replace walnut or any nuts instead of brown sugar inside the bread ?

You can replace it with anything including Nutella, thick jams, poppyseeds and raisins. In Eastern Europe we call this “strudel dough” which is different than strudels in western countries that are made from puff pastry. The recipe is the same, taste is the same, and we get very creative with the fillings, my favourite is with ground walnuts and sugar. You can put less sugar if you’re making a savoury one with ricotta and spinach or something similar.

Would be very difficult without a mixer and dough hook. It would take you a very long time as well.

@@nisaspica5931DO NOT replace the eggs with more milk!! Then it wont be brioche. Brioche is an enriched dough and needs the eggs and dutter.

Because it is「brioche」bread! Brioche bread need more sugers and butter to soft tasty.
