- 80 ml warm milk
- 80 g sugar
- 12 g fresh yeast (or dry yeast 5 g)
- 40 g butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- Orange zest of 1 medium orange
- 350 g all purpose flour
- 1/2 Tsp salt
Toping:
Egg wash
Pearl sugar
Bake for 30/35 minutes at 170 °C
