This brioche bread is enriched with butter and eggs. It's a very buttery, soft, and delicious 😋 bread that everyone will love.

INGREDIENTS:
6 cups all-purpose flour
6 tbsp white sugar
3 tsp dried active yeast
190 ml warm milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
7 large eggs
2 tsp salt
250g soft butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
To make the yeast mixture:
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp white sugar, 3 tsp dried active yeast, 190 ml warm milk, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and 1 egg. Mix together until well combined.
2. Cover and let it rest at room temperature for 30-45 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine:
1. In a separate bowl, combine 6 cups all-purpose flour, 5 tbsp white sugar, and 2 tsp salt. Mix well together.
When the yeast mixture is ready:
1. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
2. Beat on low speed and then add 2 tbsp yogurt. Continue mixing, scraping down the bowl as needed.
3. Add 6 eggs and continue kneading until the dough is smooth and shiny, about 10-15 minutes.
4. With the mixer running, gradually add in 250g soft butter, 1 tbsp at a time. Increase the speed to medium-high until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes or more.
5. The dough should be sticky but not too sticky.
6. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
Turn out the dough:
1. Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface. You can drizzle flour if needed.
2. Divide the dough in half and work with one half at a time.
3. Cut the dough into pieces of equal size.
4. Fold and roll each piece into a 6 cm long shape. Repeat with all pieces.
5. Place the pieces of dough, seam side down, in a loaf tin lined with parchment paper.
6. Loosely cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat and bake:
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).
2. Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until deeply golden brown on the top.
3. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
4. Brush the bread with coconut oil for an even more delicious aroma 😋.
5. Remove from pans and continue cooling.
6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
The brioche bread is simply divine.
