Making brioches at home has something magical about it! I love watching it transform and grow, not to mention the smell... the house smells good! It's my passion! Today I propose it to you in the VERY SOFT Muffin version in 3 FLAVORS, you can of course customize them to your personal taste!
⏱️ Rising times:
About 2 hours (or until at least doubled in volume)
About 1 hour (or until doubled in volume) after shaping)
🌡️ In the oven at 175° Static 170° Fan assisted for about 25 minutes
📝 Ingredients: for about 16 pieces
250 ml Water
500 g Flour 0
4 g Dry brewer's yeast (15 g Fresh)
100 g Sugar
1 Whole egg + 1 yolk
60 ml Seed oil
1 pinch of salt
1 Orange or 1 Lemon
Cherry jam
Pistachio spread
Hazelnut spread
Icing sugar
