Mate come on, you're cherry-picking here. He was introing the discussion about Port and you want what, a blistering nugget of analysis before saying what happened? He's doing a pretty damn good job setting up and throwing questions to the former players/coach to get their insights whilst keeping the audience up to date and not missing a beat the entire time. Anyone ranking Port on playing list would have to have them below the Dogs, GWS, Swans, Brisbane, Geelong and possibly a fully fit Carlton. Hawks likely above them next year with some additions to their KPDs.... Ken's done quite well, if I were him I'd take a contract at the Eagles now as it's likely available and will give him 3 years instead of inevitable sacking next year. Mad if he doesn't

Shannon Neil didn't lose the game for Geelong. There was nothing wrong with theor selection. If they pick Hawkins and they lose the media asks the same question. The Holmes injury killed Geelong.

Glad to see Sydney Swans win the Prelim, never wanted Port Adelaide to win because of the what Ken Hinkley did at the end of the Semi Final, he acted like a school yard bully at the primary school level, he showed no respect towards Luke Bruest celebrating his 300th game.

Ports GF was beating the Hawks. Its like they checked out, Ken secured his job win or loss against Sydney. Port's problem is they had no target up forward, they never kicked to a lead, they just bombed it high and long, but Charles and Savo were not up to winning the contested footy in the air.

Bit of a worry we have him for 5 more years. We should have only offered 3 and let him walk if he wanted more. Irresponsible list management in my view for a player with a history of serious disciplinary issues. Despite his talent, you don't offer players like this 5 years on big coin. Just too risky.

Surely it makes more sense to have a week off between the prelim and the GF? Why are we rewarding teams that finish 5-8? Or if stays then why isn't the brownlow on in that week between Rd23 and week 1 of finals?

Why the hell would you want the GF in any other ground. The G holds 100,000 and the competing clubs only get about 17,000 tickets each for members. The rest of the place is filled with corporates. If you hold it anywhere else you're next to no chance of attending. And forget Melbourne clubs moving. In the next 10-20 years all the clubs will be debt free or close enough to and housed in state-of-the-art headquarters. Darwin couldn't have a team. It's not viable.

Max Holmes 20 minutes was too long, the Cats basically were a key 🔑 player down. The call 📞 should have been made sooner, great game of football by both teams 👏

Ken and Port still partying over their St kilda win. That will be remembered as the 2024 Port Grand Final at alberton. Why worry about beating a top 4 team when you can have a GF dance and clown parade beating the bottom 4. Don't let the real job get in the way of any good party. leigh’s lost the plot. brisbane won because they should’ve already been a top 4 team and they were better on the night. yes it did give them an edge having played tougher games when geelong played easy game, didn’t play, easy game, didn’t play. to suggest however that it’s easier to win a prelim as a 5-8 team rather than a 1-4 team is frankly idiotic. there’s other context that affects it.
