There are many cities here in the United States that have noise ordinance laws. And the state also has regulations that apply to vehicles allowed to operate on the public highways and roads. a " Race Car"is not normally allowed on public roadways by law.

12.5 miles taking 40 minutes would mean an average speed of about 18 MpH. There would have had to have been a lot of traffic or other factors involved to make such a short distance take that long for most normal city driving. Unfortunately, there’s no context to explain why the delivery took so long. The visible landscaping does appear to be a suburban area which may have much lower than typical residential speed limits. There’s also no mention of the total bill, and an $8 tip could be a reasonable tip of 20-25% on a $30-40 bill.

This kind of thing is why they don’t get their tip until I get the food.

Also, I don't think the parents knew that their kid was stealing because he tried really hard to get them to answer the door so he could explain he was "joking". He does not want that neighbor to tell his mama!

If that town has a noise ordinance he will probably have to put a muffler on it.

I would share my chillies if the neighbour knocked and asked, easy. As for the loud race car, I completely agree with her.

I used to wait tables and bartend and I would never have done what that crazy lady did. We used to accept checks, which have your name, number, driver's license number, etc and I NEVER would've went to someone's house! Besides being dangerous, it's stalking!!!!

The first one, the tipping woman, she is completely deranged! Eight dollars is a good tip. It’s that entitlement coming out that people seem to have these days. Sheesh! As an American, what I would have done is call the restaurant and have them void out the first transaction, then ring it up again and leave zero tip. That’s exactly what I would’ve done! Of course, I have a feeling that when she takes that food back to the restaurant and tells the manager that she brought it back because she didn’t like her tip, she won’t have to worry about tips anymore because she won’t have a job. What a loser!! 😠😤

She took 40 minutes to drive 12 miles?? She was entirely in the wrong asking for a better tip. Tips aren’t required, they’re a suggestion. She should have walked back to her car, feeling slighted, and left. She chose the wrong approach. Then to take the food away?? Good lord lady, have some couth.

Race car guy, sadly these people with these cars don't care where they live. Our neighbor 4 doors down had a dragster and EVERY WEEK she would make sure the engines were working ok by revving the engine. Dragsters are beyond loud, let jet engine loud due to their power. It shook everyone's windows and you could hear it a half mile away even. Mind you we were 4 houses down and about 1000 feet away.

I think it's the guy with the car who's the Karen. He's saying he knows it's terribly loud, and he's therefore intruding (audibly, that is) on those around him, including neighbors who are hearing his car on a regular basis...and he doesn't give a whit. Kind of piggy, no?

An $8 tip for less than an hour's work... stop being entitled and don't take runs you don't think are worth your time. Taking back someone's food means hopefully you were fired on the spot, thief.

I definitely agree with the race car lady. It's too loud. Move away. I work nights a lot.
