For public intoxication its more if a person is so drunk they are a safety risk or violent. If you're just a little buzzed but minding your own business its not a big deal. If you're causing a problem someone will call the police and you'll get put in jail until you sober up or someone comes to get you. People don't go to actual prison for that. I was under the impression that the Brits wanted out of the EU in order to go back to calling their own shots. Certainly the history implies they didn’t need anyone else before and they brought the US along into WWII and onto becoming a superpower. It’s the British who kept peace as possible in the world, followed by the U.S. The two countries were the major players in the world with their militaries and lost many good men. The British certainly have the fortitude to stand alone.

The grilling of the TikTok chairman about WiFi was setting up a question about tiktok accessing your other devices connected to the wifi without your permission. Basically TikTok works as follows; When you download tiktok and accept the terms and conditions you give TikTok and ByteDance the permission to access any devices that are connected to your wifi without you knowing. That means if you have tiktok on your phone, they could access all files on your computers, laptops, tablets, kindles, etc. So when you open Tiktok they can access every file from everything electronic that you own. Tiktok and ByteDance were created and are owned by the CCP. That’s right, the Chinese Communist Party. That’s why public and government employees in America and most NATO countries can not use tiktok on government equipment. TikTok is a Chinese government spy application.

While jaywalking, and public intoxication are technically illegal, in some places, you're not likely to get arrested for it. The walking drunk thing, really only applies if you're causing a disturbance. Yelling at people, kicking things, that sort of thing. They take you to jail, or the police station, and put you in the "drunk tank", until you sober up. You can jaywalk right in front of a police car, and nothing will happen. Unless, you cause an accident, or obstruct traffic, or something. Occasionally, they might use jaywalking as an excuse to detain, and search someone who matches the description of a suspect in a serious crime. If it's not you, and you don't act like a fool, they let you go without a ticket or anything.

Someone gave me a bottle cap of what he called Rebel Yell. It was about 50°f but when I drank it I began to sweat, and it felt like it suddenly felt like it was 100°f. And it took a good 10 minutes to wear off.

We might be lightweights when it comes to drinking but we're heavyweights when it comes to eating!

As for police in the UK, say a non government sanctioned word in the UK and they will bust down your door and arrest you. Sit in front of traffic and they offer to join the march.

Just regarding the clip at the end about US politicians. I can agree that the part about accessing the WiFi sounded weird (I’m assuming he’s asking if it can access personal information like passwords and and other devices on the network)… still an odd way to ask. But when he asked the gentleman if he was, or ever had been, a member of the Chinese Communist Party, that’s a valid question. The response by the guy saying he was from Singapore was the stupid part. I can most likely assume that rule number one of the CCP is not “you must be Chinese living in China to be a member of the CCP.” Imagine during the US Hollywood “red scare” when celebrities were being accused of being part of the Soviet Communist Party and actor said “I’m from California.”… 🤦🏼♂️. (Google “Hollywood Red Scare”, it’s an interesting story) Anyway, that’s my small take one just that one snippet that gets overplayed. Love the videos and keep up with the great reactions.

You drink at home, or at a friends. Just pack a bag and spend the night. Either that, or use what I call 'Phone A Stranger'... (Uber).

As for the police, I have watched numerous videos of British police using a checklist with a bunch of questions on it like how was that word used or a certain behavior demonstrated ? Absolutely insane like where did you use that word it and how was it implemented ?I kid you not. Watched a video of a British woman who was standing across the street from an abortion clinic doing absolutely nothing, but just standing there silently. British police show up, pull out their checklist , go down the list of questions and it was determined she was silently praying and was charged with protesting in front of an abortion clinic. Apparently WORDS or even your THOUGHTS in your mind can get you in trouble in the UK. Absolutely insane.

Not just the south, Wisconsin has more bars than churches and put beer on meats, in deserts, in sides...😂😂😂. Beer brats were created there. Now granted beer won't stand you on end like moonshine...lol.

Our beer is pretty weak, at least the stuff off store shelves. But anything made at home has a chance of knocking you on your backside. Doesn’t matter if it’s homemade brewing or distilling. e: we tried to warn you about Brexit but Nigel Farage was somehow more convincing. When the US can point at something and say, “That’s a massive mistake,” you should probably listen. Also, most American cops don’t wear cowboy hats. They’re Smokey Bear hats.

the drinking laws are not really enforced in the south as much. they will still give you dwi if your really bad. but most of the time a good officer will follow you home and make sure you stay there.
