BTW, every time soldiers engage in combat, they're fighting for their lives.😉 Shame on the military leaders and politicians who allowed these brave men to be deployed without proper support.😕

Hi Kabir! My cousin was a Green Beret Sargeant during the Vietnam war, or "conflict" as it was euphemistically called back then. His level of training and the comeraderie he shared with his fellow soldiers made him a formidable enemy.

I'm a retired Army officer. When you go out on a mission like this, one of the things you brief is a place to fall back if a withdrawal is ordered. It is unfortunate that 6 people were left behind in the withdrawals. In a perfect world, they would have been able to fall back and regroup with the rest of the team, but war is chaotic.

I come from a military family. My dad was a Korean War veteran and members of my family suffer from PTSD from so many endless futile wars that are all about maintaining American economic hegemony. Anyone else notice how the narrator described the attackers as "Islamists?" I wonder if they refer to Americans as the "Christians?" I'm an Atheist, but if I was a muslim, that would be disturbing. I wish they would stop refering to the opposition by their religious beliefs, thereby encouraging hatred towards groups who have nothing to do with these conflicts. Why doesn’t anyone complain about how we just illegally built 2 new military bases in Syria, where we are presently occupying? Don’t be fooled. We don’t care about the Geneva Conventions either. If our greedy MIC stopped being so war horny, those brave quality human beings would still be alive to call their moms, and kiss their wives and children. NO MORE WAR!!!

Fortunately. This is the censored version of this video. I had both the privilege, and the misfortune of seeing this video before it was edited. And it is truly a terrifying, and heart breaking thing to view. These men, were literally surrounded on all sides. And it wasn't like it was aimed fire that killed them. It was just so many weapons firing they just stood no chance. Goes to show, that even the mightiest of warfighters. These are Green Berets mind you. The US Army's finest of soldiers. In the video, you can hear the desperation in their voices. As they had no reinforcements anywhere nearby. And they are killed one by one. But even until the end, their focus was on each other. Each soldier returning fire as best they could to try their damn best to keep the others alive. That's true brotherhood there. Loyal, and protective to each other until the bitter end. I hope their families can find some peace knowing that they didn't die alone out there. They died together, and fighting for each other.

I really hope we don’t get into another war. I’ve heard rumblings from the UK about some colonel saying he thinks there may be no choice but to conscript British citizens into the military. That would be bad.
