Solution is not looking at workforce from India. Britian had already introduced ethnicity conflict and division amongst Indian subcontinent for over a century. You are seeking solutions for UK or for Indian lack of available jobs. No country should be proud to ship its most talented to leave their own country but it seems that you like the govt of India sees this to be a blessing for India. Britain has been getting plenty of unwanted immigrants. Houses just like in Canada are not getting built fast enough for settling the new arrivals. So, houses are expensive and as for the jobs - well it has 4.3% unemployment rate which seems low in comparison to India where govt does not publish the unemployment rate in order that public and opposition does not use it to win elections. UK employment rate was largely unchanged at 74.8%. so after 4.3% unemployed, rest must be getting some kind of help or are unable to work either because they are not eligible to work or sick etc. So, don't push people to UK. UK's debt will not go down by giving jobs to Indians unless these are in the areas where skills are needed. All Indian IT cos are based in UK and they already keep bringing people from India by creating jobs for them after replacing local people (generally). Indian Doctors are also coming from gulf etc. Only silver lining must be for Nurses. They may be needed. I think before making such a video, you should consult the jobs shortage list for UK that must be available on their work permit website.
