In 2023, a Russian citizen was sentenced to 7 years in prison for discussing Russia's attack on Ukraine over the phone. In Russia, such a statement is officially considered a crime, as the Russian authorities do not acknowledge their aggression, and any claim to the contrary falls under the so-called "fake news" law. The private conversation was deemed public because it was overheard by a police officer (a third party) during a call tapping. It’s absurd, but true!

TV License isnt enforced by the police, the warrant may be assisted by police, but its still the warrant of the BBC. Parlour - who was unable to take to the streets for violence because he had broken his heel - instead turned to social media to incite protesters to target the Britannia Hotel in Leeds, West Yorkshire. One post read: 'Every man and his dog should smash the f**k out of the Britannia Hotel.' In a second, he stated: 'Cos they are over here living the life of Reilly, off the tax you hard working people earn, when it could be put to better use." Source: dailymail
