@@anusaukko6792Personally, I view it more like cognitive dissonance: He knows full well just how unhealthy his lifestyle is, which is why he’s so open about showing it, but his deeper base brain is obsessed with the comfort that comes from preserving it. He wants it, but truly deep down, he knows that he shouldn’t. He knows what he’s doing is wrong, he’s just not mentally strong enough to forgo what makes him happy in favor of what’s good for him. I’ve been in that of mental state before and I can tell you, it’s basically just a coping mechanism for serious depression. Luckily, it seems like he’s in a circle of people who understand that he’s not mentally well, and can encourage him to grow rather than look down on him for it. He would most likely remain this way his whole life if not for that.

Pulled the front of the drink dispenser off and there was mold all over the front of it and it was growing into the ice maker. That's one way it happens. I still use my pants and shirt to wipe my hands. When you work a dirty job, you stop caring. Obviously I wash before eating and use paper towels to dry them off, but when you get caulk, grease, oils, paint, etc and don't want to get any of it on anything else, but just can't step away to wash your hands (especially if you're gonna immediately get them dirty again), you just make do for now. I would never wipe anything with germs in it on my clothes, just those things I mentioned. Maintenance jobs are like that.
