Must be wonderful being part of a large family ...be very hard work on mum but she looks to enjoy looking after her family and id hope the older children help her out ....good luck to them

I know it says Britain’s Biggest Brood but obviously the researcher didn’t do their homework! I know of a family of 20 children in Scotland (ok they are grown up and most married), who are the light and life of their parents. Some are married but one died giving birth to her 5th child. They occupied two Croft houses, had extra, washing machines, etc. This was a family who were close and loving and have gone on to make loving families of their own. Both parents are an example to others in bringing up happy healthy children growing into well rounded adults.

My mom had 7 children, 5 yrs between 1st 4 & last 3, almost like 2 separate families within 1. When she’d forget who she was looking for she’d just call out the 1sr 4’s names, then figure out who she wanted to do whatever it was.

I think it's desperately sad to expect your children to walk round with holes in their shoes and to have to get a paper round if they want new ones. I come from a large family but my parents had us because they could afford us - this all sounds neglectful and unnecessarily selfish to me - what an irresponsible pair these parents are!😢

Feel sorry for these children , as much as she didn’t get any attention as a child neither will her children ,she couldn’t possibly give them all one on one time , Maybee once every blue moon. No time to do anything or get down and play with the children , too much housework washing n ironing and cooking and mundane unhealthy food because no time to put any thought into it .the children are all grown up now , imagine how many grandchildren they have 😳

Surprisingly, babies sleep a lot. And they love the sounds of hoovers, and mum's doing things around them. And she could do a lot if the baby was in a carrier she wore, too!

You objectify your kids and at times can’t even remember their names and wishes for giving them numbers instead, to me are you really trying to heal your childhood trauma of feeling lonely, neglected and…. by having house full of children and giving them numbers for easier records. They are very likable and appear to be good parents, but I don't get it. The earth is overpopulated by humans, why would anyone do this? It seems selfish. I know many people are in denial about overpopulation and at least these two appear to be good parents which is more than a lot of parents can say.
