Here's my takeaway from all the contestants: Joseph: When his wife was out of the way, he could concentrate on what he was doing. Honestly, not a bad driver by any means. Tim: Very observant, but so cautious he's dangerous. You can't merge onto a motorway at 20mph, unless you want a lorry in your boot. Valli: Craig without the temper. Arif: He can obviously drive very well, but he thinks he's immortal. He has the mindset of "I know what I'm doing", but we all know what we're doing, until something goes wrong. It doesn't even need to be your fault. I agree with Quentin; if he got the MG, he'd have killed himself tomorrow. Sharon: See Valli. Craig: When he's angry, he's scary and not just as a driver. When he gets riled up, he sees red and charges like a bull at a gate. Becky: You'd think someone who took 13 attempts would be able to drive by now. But she just doesn't care. She should sell her car and get a bus pass. Kay: Aww Kay. You can't fault her effort, but she just didn't cut it. She obviously struggled with various things, but fair play to her for not giving up.

I agree. Kay was the worst driver. No control. No observational skills. No control of her emotions when driving. How did she pass her test? The equivalent of a million type-writing monkeys locked in a room eventually producing the complete works of Shakespeare? The other 2 were also terrible drivers. Maybe they all should have been declared as so bad that they should be banned from our roads?

If you go back to episode one or two, one of the peeps ran the reg and one of the new cars, they saw that there was no digital MOT history of it, meaning that it probably got written off before 2006 🤣

This is the second time of watching. I watched it back in the day when it was on TV. Just as I remembered too.... But what i didn't think of back then is; Why weren't their driving license's revoked after failing a driving test? I wonder where they are now some 20 year's on?

Honestly I thought they would give it to Becky because Kay had some flashes with the night drive task and the skid car task she was actually decent and Craig also had flashes with the caravan task but with Becky I honestly didn't think there was any improvement at all. When the pressure came on it was mummy, mummy, mummy.

They all have different major faults - Becky is unable to think for herself and thinks the world and her mum owes her everything in life, Kay has zero confidence or awareness, and Craig is a psychopath and believes rules don't apply to him. If I was on the panel I'd have voted Craig as the worst - at least Kay KNOWS she is terrible, Craig just seem to think he is wonderful and f*ck the rest of the world. He's not just bad, he is deliberately dangerously bad.

Haha, yes that's been a theme throughout the series. Either the challenges on the British one are harder to do perfectly, or Andrew is a much better driver than Quentin.

I think Andrew is a very skilled driver. By about series 6 or 7 there was a groundswell of people wanting to do the challenges to test themselves. I know I wouldn't have done them that well.

How these people passed a driving test for a full UK license god knows bring back Britain worse drive this is embarrassing give their provisional license back . they are not good enough for a full UK license.
