Had to use this method for a client today that was scammed and locked out of the computer. Someone claiming to be from Xfinity took remote control of the client's computer and ended up locking them out. The method described in the video worked to perfection. I am having the same issues as well, my girlfriend's laptop can't be accessed because of me trying to get access to her laptop I used the microsoft remote desktop and I have her permission, the reason for doing it is because we have a project on our school which I need a windows to do something since she is far from my home and it was not successful on syncing but the time that the laptop got to sleep and opened it, she immediately panicked since it needs a usb to get into the system. As of now she is eating right now and hope this method will work.

Thanks alot dude! In recovery mode, I had no advanced options or reset pc options. Just startup options... Thanks God I had a windows 11 installation DVD layin' around. I inserted the Disc and booted into it, got access to file explorer under install driver option and renamed the files manually. And it worked like a charm!

This doesn’t work anymore, at least on my version of windows, it asks for a password before going in to the command prompt at 1:18. That being said this is literally an exploit so I’m not surprised they patched it

The same here, Windows asks for the administrator password. Whithout the administrator password it is not possible to open tthe command prompt.
