Another good tip for the bleep test aswell is you dont need to (pass) the line like the chap in the video is doing, try and practice your turn before your last step hits the line so your body is in front, you only have to have your body over the line on your first beep

Hello, on your invitation letter was your assessment date one day or a number of days. My brother’s letter is one date but most videos I’m seeing it looks like the assessment takes more than one day.

Try doing 2k runs at least 3 times a week and build up to 5k while practicing the beep test as well at least once a week
