Hi; American here 👋 I'm new to your channel, & have to say I am just mystified as to why you're not getting any salsa, avocado, and vegan cheese to put all over your Mexican foods? Because to get the true Mexican-American (notice I didn't say Mexican) experience of these foods, you're on the right track with the frijoles (refried beans) and a bit of rice, but they taste SO MUCH BETTER if you put salsa (doesn't have to be hot--but it helps), avacado, & vegan cheese on your tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. ❤ Just TRY it‼️😁

I just love watching your reactions to shopping here in the U.S. When I had family visit me from Germany. They were floored with our grocery stores here in Dallas. They said we have so many products, how do we choose without spending all day at the store lol. I guess being a born American we are just used to it. We really take things for granted sometimes. 😊

Walmart will prove to be a bit cheaper than Target for most things. It will depend on where you are, but Florida will be higher priced than other states for sure. It's still fun to go and since it's your first time, you should really take it all in as much as possible. I'm glad you had a good time.

Tostadas , refried beans , cheese you can melt in oven or just warm beans and put on with cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa , some people put taco meat, basically it’s a flat taco and nice and crispy.

If you can’t see the price of an item on the shelf, you can always take it to a price checker. They are located around the store. Just scan the bar code! Glad you guys are enjoying your time here in the US.

The allergens are usually written right after the ingredients. It will say "Contains milk, eggs, wheat, etc" right after. That's the quick way to see if it contains any non-vegan ingredients. Eggo's are a convenience breakfast food that are put in a toaster. They are waffle-type or french toast shaped and were made famous globally by Stranger Things (Season 1) although they've been popular in the US for a very long time.

Tostada is basically a fried corn tortilla. We usually have it with refried beans and queso fresco.

Target was started in Minneapolis Minnesota by the Dayton Corporation. It began as a discount area inside Daytons Department Store and the first Target location opened in 1969 in the suburb of Roseville, MN. The Dayton family that started it all is a big political family in Minnesota and started American Corporations giving to charity. I worked at the first Target in the 90s and read a book about the history of Daytons. If you ever have seen the Mary Tyler Moore show she throws up her beret infront of Daytons. In Minnesota we have Targets like some cities have Starbucks, everywhere. I have a dozen 10 min from my house

Another great haul, you picked up things that I get when I can like the Ezekiel bread, Bushes beans, chips I like the lime and nacho too very good. Prices here are generally higher I feel. Best to buy in bulk at a store like costco but not always convenient if you don't need as much. I'm glad you got to go to 🎯 they have fun stuff as I see Jojo saw 🤗 really enjoyed the video.

Strawberries here in Oklahoma for a comparison are $2.89 in our stores. The "peelers' as you call them, are $2.79 for 3 pounds and $3.89 for 5 pounds. 1/2 gallon of milk 2% is $2.69, and a loaf of Mrs. Baird's bread is $1.99. Just as a comparison. I think the bananas were the same .59 per pound.

Hi, " familia " . I just want to let you know that the brand SIETE (seven) is the best organic Mexican items. "Tostadas" means toast, so those are very crunchy tortillas. The bag with a lot of small corn tortillas is the real tortillas that are used in México and normally, when you do tacos, especially "carnitas" (meat) you used 2 of those small tortillas after warm them up. I think Target prices are high. We quit going when they allowed men in the women's restroom., and other reasons. We liked their holiday aisles for treats. I've never paid attention but in the UK do you travel down the left of an aisle while we stay on the right.Tots are like small hash browns. Yes Ezekial is from the Bible. Talks about the grains and ingredients in the bread. As for tostadas I only know from Taco Bell,lol. I think it has guac?

I'm glad they're enjoying their holiday. Target has interesting things, but a lot of it can be pricier than regular supermarkets. I think if they visited Aldi here; they'd be disappointed by how many fewer vegan lines/ options they have available in comparison to Aldi in Europe.

It is and it is better for the gut ran into one of my old doctors from when I was a child who mentioned because of my stomach she mentioned getting sprouted and she even mentioned certain supplements to take since she ran a few quick tests in me after a congregation meeting since she was in the same one as myself and my dad and she brought with her her portable equipment and set it up in the room where he had a place for nursing breastfeeding moms since I didn't have insurance at the time she would check me and she then told me what I needed for supplements because of my digestive system and once done we even told Dad so he could plan for the money needed for the supplements so he could pick them up after work or not have any surprises when I when to get them for myself when he saw the statements. And sometimes he just gave me the money to pick them up for myself and to pick up what he needed when he noticed he was getting low. And a little information you might find interesting the company was found by Seventh Day Adventists. And My dad and Grandmother have met them their breads are really good they even are gluten-free for those who have an issue with wheat and gluten whether it be an allergy or intolerance.

Target is not a good place for food shopping. You can get the same items and an even bigger variety at Walmart for way less money. Most people go to Target for home goods and clothes.
