Farming most of my life and have made thousands of bales over the years and still love watching your videos with my 3 little girls here who constantly ask me to check if theirs a new one. 👍👏 Btw we had a little mf loader exactly like that before and it's quite easy and relatively cheap to put a 3rd service on it to use a bale squeeze. You just need to get a "6 port diverter" and plumb it into the tip circuit. I have a spare one here if you want it free to a good home. 😉😂
@harezy4 жыл бұрын
I hope they take up your offer 20 years of duck tape could of bought the squeeze 😂😂

Hey Tom, so sorry we missed this comment and how special it is for a number of reasons. Really put a smile on our faces. How do I take you up on your bale squeezer offer? Or am I too late? All the best! Ru & Sarah
@tomcarrigan8433 жыл бұрын
@@flankfarm it's the valve block that you need for that little mf loader that I have so ye will have the 3rd service to operate a bale squeeze that I have. As i said its relatively easy to fit and i can explain or any mechanic their would sort it no problem. I'm in the south of Ireland and I'd be willing to post it and any extra bits i have that you might need no problem. It will mean that your loader will have the extra service to operate any hydraulic attachment such as a bale squeeze or a grab. Is theirs some way of direct messaging your address?

I live in middle Tennessee and it strikes me as funny as you are saying you are burning up at 82, it is usually in the high 80's or low 90's when we put up the first two cutting. I enjoy seeing how y'all farm and how we leave cattle out all winter and y'all put them up in barns. All the best to you and yours and may you stay healthy, happy and safe.

I love your videos and your beautiful Mom with her antiquated machinery! I love what you said about slowing down and the things that matter. While we wait for the whole world to recover from this virus- we can continue to appreciate what we have right now. Thank you so much! I am a fan and I keep looking forward to your new videos.

We watched the Spring video yesterday and now the summer one. Totally different to each other, but equally interesting. I spent most of my working life in farming, both with cows and arable. You are both very relaxed about the whole process. It’s a pleasure to see you carrying out those seasonal tasks, without losing your patience (or tempers). Tomorrow it will be the Autumn one. Thanks for sharing. Good luck to you both.

What a fantastic process!!! We’ve enjoyed these fields for many years and never knew what’s involved,, my boys used to love climbing to the top of a hay bale and feeling like on top of the world!!!....and yes you really must get a Bale Squeezer,,,,poking holes in nice sealed silage bales is not the one!! Your videos are a charming, well made, beautifully narrated view of the countryside and farming life. Like everyone else, I love your Mum but, as a Christian, it does upset me to hear her take God's name in vain. Please will you ask her stop using God's name in this way? I don't want to stop watching your videos but, if she continues to do so, I may have to.
