Adin saying he doesn't watch basketball since the game has "changed so much" is hilarious. I just watched their Malice at the Palace reaction and he had never heard of Ron Artest. I seriously doubt he has been watching long enough to notice a "change."

Curry throwing his mouth piece is an easy ejection. That’s nasty
@chase58357 ай бұрын

technical fouls dont get you thrown out the gane. 2 techs in one hane would.
@kimson3057 ай бұрын
They still call technical fouls for dumb reasons
@MoeDavinci7 ай бұрын
For reference: A technical foul and a flagrant 1 foul are essentially yellow cards. They are penalties, but they stay in the game. If the receive 2 technicals in a game or a flagrant 2, those are red cards (outside of losing a man advantage, the player just gets ejected).
@_WeDontKnow_7 ай бұрын
I think by "thats an automatic ejection" I dont think he was giving his feelings on what Curry did. I think he's just highlighting there's a specific rule where if players throw things, they get ejected without any questions asked

should watch the old school basketball where they scrapped, talking more 70s through 90's. every team had to have that "enforcer" ... kind of like in hockey. my buddys dad here in portland we had maurice lucas, and he wasnt even apart of daryl dawkins hissy fit but when daryl dawkins of the 76ers hit a blazer (or tried and ended up giving his own teammate a bunch of stitches) that ment lucas had to get in there and square up. both enforcers on their respective teams. 1977 game 2 of the NBA finals. after years of those, and of course malice at the palace..... cracked down hard. and of course have to set the precedent of absolutely no disrespect to the officials.

All of these soft calls come from the malice in the palace. If there was an incident like that in ice hockey fighting would be removed immediately.

It happened in the NHL. I think it was Tie Domi who climbed out of the penalty box and started beating up a fan

There's been a few dust ups with fans in the stands in the NHL. There was one where Mike Millbury (not sure if he's still a commentator now, but was a player) started beating a fan with his own shoe in the stands lol. It was nuts.

Sorry but you're completely wrong about the refs. It's not "terrible refereeing" they're actually just abiding by the rules and protocols given to them to implement. Thats where the frustration and anger SHOULD be directed. People need to understand this.
@allthingssports45757 ай бұрын
I agree some of these are ridiculous but Curry throwing his mouth piece and hitting a ref should absolutely be ejectable
@alexanderthegreat56497 ай бұрын
Exactly. And Joker running up on the ref like that yelling and that aggressive is absolutely a tech, I get it they should be able to show emotion but it's always been known the refs aren't players you don't get the leadway to talk/yell at them like they're other players.

All the videos and compilations you guys watch are completely different from what many of us older folks grew up watching. And I think you guys will like the stuff from the 1970s, 80s, and 90s better. Most foreigners and people under 40 think our sports began in the 2000s.

The NBA started cracking down alot on emotional outbursts and arguing in the early 2000s. The league didn't like Rasheed Wallace and now everything gets called. Sheed would get Teed up just for asking the ref for an explanation or slamming the ball down after he was whistled for something stupid. Lived in Detroit during that time and it was blatant and infuriating

Yeah I wonder that, like maybe watch a video on how the nets big 3 failed or the short time frame of Linsanity. Something like about someone’s career or a era of a team. Those stories are interesting and bring light to how the league and players and even management can be like.

@jtatv8323 Lots are BS but some things are automatic no matter what and making contact with refs is always a no no. Idk where Aiden gets the idea Curry throwing his mouthpiece at the ref and also following him around yelling isn't gonna be a Tech. Also you aren't thrown out for 1 it's 2 techs and out unless it's a flagrant 2 foul. But like Jokic he rans up to thr ref screaming top of his lungs refs aren't gonna let them get away with that EVER because if they let them get away with that and hitting them with objects what SHOULD they T them up for if not those acts?

What a surprise, the soccer hooligans are disappointed that the refs dont look the other way when theres chaos on the pitch (court) LOL sorry guys but that was a horrible take. While I don't disagree that the refs can be overzealous at times, the NBA and most organized sports are a business first. You cant grow your business if your employees are busy scrapping on the court instead of playing the game they're actually paid to play LOL
