That's what's great about BTS. They make so many different types of music that there's something for everyone. If you don't like a song, there's surely others that you will like. As long as you stay respectful, you're totally allowed to have an opinion and not like it! Also, as other people said: Idol has the same intent as Mic Drop. They respond to their haters in the most clever ways! The MV is much deeper than it seems 💜

This MV was released when they were starting to be recognized globally. Haters were saying that their MVs were too much so the Idol MV is literally an FU to them. That's why the Idol MV is full of green screen. Also haters were saying that RM keeps using filters in his photos that's why he has filters in this MV. LOL

Mixing languages is a feature of Kpop and has been for a long time, certainly since 1st generation Kpop artists. Many Korean artists release Japanese versions of their songs, and songs that are in Korean are often mixed with English but also sometimes Spanish or French.

As far as i know this video has nothing american in it, this is all to do with Korean culture if you really want to properly know about BTS watch The Guide To BTS, The Bangtan 7..... Or even watch their video's then watch an explanation video about that certain song, you can watch a BTS video and just enjoy what you see but BTS never make a song and video without it having a true meaning, accept for DYNAMITE and BUTTER they were just made to make people smile.

Hi, if you’re looking for a simple answer which video of BTS you should review next, for me that would be the “Run BTS dance practice”. It’s relatively a recent video, not of their show but a dance practice, it has been viewed over 1 million times, it’s that good. If you like you can watch their live performance in Busan afterwards to see how it looked on stage. Can’t wait to see you react to it.

You really need to watch the explanation video by DKDKTV. It is genius lyrically and symbolically in the MV. This is a response to haters. They took all the comments and made this video, comments like - there are too many of them, can't tell them apart, they are too westernized, they are too Korean, their MVs are too colourful, they use too much green screen, they have too many hair colours, etc etc. Tbey took all of these comments and exaggerated them a lot whilst saying basically they don't give a **** what haters say, they are comfortable in themselves and they will keep making their art as they choose to make it.

I'd recommend you watch a medley live performance of them in their Love Yourself: Speak Yourself tour. They played few verses of their songs "Dope > Baepsae (Silver Spoon) > Fire" and their full song of "Idol". They have one in Wembley but most ARMYs (BTS fans) recommend the one in Osaka. Maybe you can watch the MVs of Dope and Fire too. Baepsae has no MV since it's a B-track (not title track or main song of the album)

I get you. When I first heard this song, I thought it was chaotic. Where I come from, many of our songs sound chaotic at first but those are usually the best hype songs that get a crowd going and end up winning our local competitions (so I knew it would be good😁). You need to either listen a few times or experience it live to fully appreciate the hype. I listened to this a few more times because it will play randomly and then watching the mv (which i thought was pretty cool) and their live performances would make you realize/appreciate the hype. Plus the meaning behind the song hits deep. If you watch the video followed by an explanation video we will watch! It's korean culture and a little south african (i believe a bit of the beat and a piece of the choreography). I like your insight. Thank you for your reaction. I have been waiting for more BTS! It is lovely to see a UK reactor to them as there aren't many of them, and I am from UK! Is there meaning behind the images? Hell yeah. To understand how incredible these guys are you need to watch the DKDKTV explanation. The craziness of the video is intended. They took all the hate comments and exaggerated then into this. Things like they are too Westernized, they are too Korean, there are too many of them, they all look the same, they use too much greem screen, they are not true artists because they are KPop Idols. I see you have watched some Black Pink since this video. They are ok but watch live performances of BTS and you will be blown away. For live performances with English subs I recommend the channel Enjoy BTS More. Watch the MMA and MAMA award show performances. They are all amazing but MMA 2019 is my favourite. You have to remember they are award shows and not BTS concerts. Grammy performances too.

The heads/bodies represent all the different sides of a person we are not one Cardboard one dimensional characters we all have different sides and this is a representation of BTS members saying we have many different sides to us and we accept them. No matter what the haters are not going to stop us loving ourselves and we accept all our different sides thank you. A polite FU to haters who said they'd become westernized as everything in the MV is a reference to their Korean heritage and has nothing to do with any other cultures. Even the words that don't mean anything (the ones you mention) represent a traditional Korean drum beat. The rabbit in the moon is a Korean thing in the west we have the man in the moon. In a cage the sharks are haters trying to eat them up (distroy) them but the cage is protecting BTS in other words the Hater's haven't got a chance they can swim around BTS all they can do is swim around in endless circles as they are in a loosing battle.

Personally I came to BTS through their RAP line. It can be difficult to get your head round exactly who BTS are. May I reccomend this particular very entertaining documentary about their rags to riches journey. TAYLOR MARI GUIDE TO THE BANGTAN 7. It is the only one that not only introduces you to the members but gives an insight to how the synergy works and how they came to be a world wide phenomena with over 700 awards and each member breaking records with their solo projects also.
